Schlotzsky's - Carta

My experience today at the restaurant was not good. The service was very slow, the drink stations were not working, there were empty tea stations, and the floors and tables were dirty.

Stopped out of curiosity for the first time and was disappointed. This is as far from a NY Deli as you can get. Sub-par meat on a tasteless bun with enough Mayo to make you gag. I won't be back.

This restaurant was a bit off the highway, but it was definitely worth the detour! I appreciated being able to let my child play among the pine trees. It was a great stop for a road trip. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. Ver carta

Worst sandwich I have had. Bread so hard could barely bite it. Could.knock on table with it. Guess they just use it no matter if stale or not. Had take out after 10 hours driving. Too tired to go back. We are not local to this area, but we decided to visit this restaurant during a road trip. The pizza and sandwiches we ordered were fantastic, and the staff member who took our order was very polite. Although some of the monitors at the front counter were not working, she had the menu memorized and gladly answered all of our questions. Her customer service was impeccable. If I lived in Marshall, I would definitely be a regular at this place.

I don't know if there was some kind of dressing on my sandwich I could not see or if the meat was bad but I could not eat it. They also gave me the wrong chips. So I paid 14.00 for a coke. I am too far away to have gone back and had the food replaced. I live and work in a small town and it is a treat to get schlotzky's. The staff at this restaurant were friendly and professional. I had the medium BBQ beef sandwich, sweet tea, and mini Cinnabon. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and plenty of room inside for movement. We dined in for lunch, and the price per person was $10-20. The food and service were both rated a perfect 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 3. I recommend trying the Cinnamon Roll and the sandwiches. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

that eat is schlotzskys. the original sandwich is a good clip. we tried the bacon grilled cheese with the tomaten basil dipping sauce and it was good. we have tried the French dip article, which is best so far. like a schlotzskys arbys bratbeef in the au Jus sauce or whatever. the atmosphere is new and beautiful. price slightly below $15. they have diet dr. pepper from one of these machines that allow them to get or make over 100 variations. service was friendly every time. we're coming back.

I usually don't write negative reviews, as I understand that every place can have a bad day. However, this review is warranted for three reasons. Firstly, the restaurant was extremely busy when we stopped by to grab sandwiches before a game. We were prepared to wait, but after 25 minutes, we decided to ask for a refund and leave due to the slow service. Secondly, the cashier had to ask another employee for help with the refund, and despite receiving a refund receipt, our original receipt was not included. To make matters worse, the refund receipt did not match our order and was rung up as a cash refund without receiving any cash back. Lastly, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times ove...
