Scratch Catering Fine Foods truly rescued our event! Just two weeks before, we faced a crisis when another chef dropped out of catering. Thankfully, Scratch stepped in and saved the day! The food was incredible and specifically tailored to match our theme. Ted and his team were fantastic and a pleasure to collaborate with! I highly recommend Scratch Catering for any and all of your catering needs!

Scratch Kitchen catered a sit down dinner, passed appetizers and dessert for 60 at our home in May 2021. Ted was wonderful to work with in planning our menu and even prepared off menu requests including venison that we provided. Everything was delicious and our guests raved about the food. Additionally, Chef Colby expertly managed our event including set up, managing servers, and cleanup. Highly recommend Scratch Kitchen for any catering need, large or small.

I cannot recommend Ted and Scratch Kitchen enough! Ted prepared and executed the most delicious meal for 12 of our closest friends this past weekend. I recently had Scratch Kitchen cater a political event for us, which involved passed appetizers and a food line for over 100 guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was punctual and incredibly helpful. I didn’t have to worry about the food at all during the event. They managed the serving, ensured the food line was always stocked, handled clean-up, and were eager to assist in various ways. Ted is a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with my last-minute requests and budget considerations. This is actually the third event I’ve personally hired Scratch Kitchen for.
