Excellent vegan food. Great food and great service. Vegan beignets were awesome, but so was butternut “bisque” and bao. Can't wait to go back one day.

Fantastic vegan food! Great vibe inside the restaurant and friendly service. I spent one week in NOLA and this was probably my favorite restaurant experience!

Stopped in for some vegan beignets and coffee, both of which were excellent. We'll definitely return for a full meal, because everything on the lunch menu looked great

Korean fried cauliflower, Thai noodle salad and mushroom tostadas were DELICIOUS! This place is clean, friendly and a must go to of you’re looking for vegetarian/vegan food in NOLA!

Really wanted to like this place. The service was terrible. Our waitress Jazz was the most inattentive server. She spent more time in the kitchen talking to the cooks than with her customers. She seemed annoyed to refill our water glasses. The music playing from the kitchen really ruined any chance of a quiet ambience. Really disappointed. Ver carta

All the stars for being a super cool spot, but I was left wanting more out of my meal. DEFINITELY go try it, but for the entire table the cauliflower is what stole the show and OH WAS IT GOOD! I wanted a little more fluff in the bignet, but it was all good because I got all the clouds I could want with my danky drink. Seed was the first place I went to eat when I arrived in New Orleans, and it's going to be hard to beat! I actually don't know if I want to go anywhere else because it was THAT good. Seth greeted me when I walked in, and was so friendly. I asked him what his favorite menu item was, and he told me that it was the Tofu “Pork Belly” Bao. Located in the Lower Garden District, Seed is a cute vegan spot that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It can be a brunch spot for the girls or the perfect date night. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and accommodating, willing to explain anything on the menu. We tried the Korean Fried Cauliflower which was tasty and slightly spicy.
