"Our dinner here was Absolutely A Wonderful Experience and the Flavors were Extraordinary!!! We all had a different flight for drinks, 2 wine flights and 1 flight of Whiskey. Delicious options and great pricing. Then we had a flight of Soups (Lobster Bisque, Clam, and Gumbo). I am very picky with Bisque and this was delicious, all 3 soups were very delicious and hearty. We also had the Deviled Egg and Fried Oyster flight! OMG order this! They place a candied bacon jelly on top and the combination is just perfect. Our main dish were the Halibut, Flight of chicken and waffles, Boar, and Quail (my meal). Also a Chefs Game Flight of Buffalo, Kangaroo and Ostrich (my friend). We all loved our meals. Very clean, great temp. and although it is a flight style the portions are filling. We ended with dessert, and we went in ordering 4 instead of 3! LoL.... All delicious. Thanks you to our servers Definitely eat here if you want a distinct dinner and delicious food."

"This place is S tier level of good. Not to put down any other establishments but this place is probably the best mexican food i've tasted and its not even close. Not only that but you get damn there chic fil a level servicce when you enter the establishment, and its fo sure a vibe. Did I mention they also deliver if you live near main st. 10/10 establishment. I hope whoever works here sees this because you all deserver the upmost credit for the quality of food y'all are putting out."

"I had been purchasing these butter cookies from a candy store in Frayser, but I decided to drop in at the original store since I was close. LISTENNNN IT’S A WHOLE VIBE IN THERE! The other customers were smiling and joking with the staff, two older ladies were sitting and enjoying their pastries.. it was very welcoming. When I placed my order I learned the person before me had gotten the last of what I wanted, but they were making more in the back and the owner brought it out personally. It was the service for me! I had banana pudding and it was the perfect consistency., light and creamy , not too sweet with the signature butter cookies on top and a butter cookie crust on the bottom. I also had chicken salad that tasted like somebody was back there chopping up all the veggies by hand and mixing the ingredients with love.. I left having the BUTTERIFFIC day I didn’t know I needed it!"

"Pictured below is the seafood pasta, shrimp grits, filets and tots small plate, purple hull pea hummus the seasonal veggie plate. The hummus needed a little more flavor. The filets and tots was perfection for a small plate absolutely perfect. The seafood pasta was bursting with flavor! The veggie plate was perfect for my friend who is a vegan she loved everything about it. The shrimp and grits were absolutely incredible my favorite for sure. The lemon drop was superb"

"Quality not what it used to be. A year ago or so I wrote a reviewing liking this location. We got our usual to go this time (much like other times) and when my husband got home I was incredibly dissapointed. He said they were busy and looked disarrayed but it doesn't give them an excuse for giving us ****. The bartender ignored my husband when he tried to tell them he was there to pick up and saw the order come out and only after our order was sitting there for a while did he finally ask what he was there for. Now that's whatever as long as this pregnant lady gets her food. I eagerly open the box and what do I find? A few sweet potato fries, the avocado smothered on the burger soaking the bun, and no pickle. The bun was falling apart as soon as I tried to pick it up so I ate it with a fork and knife. Even the sauce cup barely had any sauce but enough I guess for the meager portion of fries I got! This makes me sad as we're regulars. That will no longer be true.<br/ <br/ <br/ 01 Aug, 2014 <br/ <br/ West coast burger sweet potato fries. I have gotten the west coast burger and sweet potato fries every single time I've gone there and my boyfriend has now copied my choice. I'm sure the other burgers are good too but if I have a craving for Huey's, that's what I get. Their onion rings are also good and huge but they are the type that the onion slips straight out of the breading. The lemon box cake thing made me very happy. If you want to go to any Huey's, the midtown location is the one to go to! Don't go to the downtown site. They were really rude both times we stopped by to get a to go order when we were on our bikes."
