Hands down most authentic Sichuan Food I think I've had to date. Vegetable Dry Hot Pot, Mayo Tofu, Double Cooked Fish, Cumin Lamb, just fantastic!

Had some Chicken with broccoli and it was very good I just wish they had pork fried rice they only have white or brown rice with lunch special but it's wutever still was good ?

Ok I've been dying to try Dan Dan noodles and this place did not disappoint! It was spicy but amazing. I also ordered the Wonton egg drop soup the best tasting egg drop soup I've had in my life. The flavor was amazing. Everything I got here was worth it!

I've been visiting bethlehem for more than 50 years and for a long time it was the kind of city in which a nice one was found a challenge. enter them shang wei, which I have now dined to half a dozen times. it offers authentic szechuan cuisine with many vegan options. the courts are clearly visible, but do not burn their face. I have tried the mosquito chicken, maple tofu, scaling pancakes, spring rolls and a series of sweet dishes, and the service was consistently efficient. Ver carta

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in an extraordinary delivery of egg drop wonton soup, and I must say, it was nothing short of sensational. From the first spoonful, I was transported to flavor paradise. The delicate balance of the silky egg drop and the savory wontons was simply divine. The broth, rich and fragrant, elevated the entire experience to new heights. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of textures and flavors that left me craving more. This culinary masterpiece deserves the highest praise, and without hesitation, I award it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Pure bliss in a bowl!

Charging as much as it does for subpar food is truly unacceptable at this restaurant. The chicken and broccoli I ordered lacked flavor and looked unappetizing with its gray appearance. I was disappointed to find that it came with plain white rice instead of the expected pork fried rice. Paying 18 dollars for a simple dish like chicken and broccoli is outrageous. I have never spent this much on Chinese food before, and the quality did not justify the price. I recommend ordering from a different restaurant, such as Jin Long, which offers delicious food at reasonable prices. It's a shame it was closed when I wanted to order from them.

ShangWei has some delicious authentic Chinese dishes from Szechuan province. I've eaten at many Chinese restaurants and this little gem is on the top of the list for taste. Not sure what to order?
