"The customer service was awesome. Told them it was my first time there. Ended up going with a chicken shawarma plate. I usually get the same at Garlic and Lemons. I should have said no burnt pieces of chicken, because who likes burnt chicken? Big mistake. When I got home I noticed 2 edible pieces of chicken and the rest burnt. Do they always serve burnt chicken to new customers? I won't be back. Garlic and Lemons in Brighton is way better and for $16 dollars for a Chicken shawarma plate, I felt ripped off."

the service was fast, and the portions were relatiw generous, but the chicken and the bark that I was given were excessively dry. I wouldn't say that $19 was a fairer price for eating. Maybe it's better to eat when it's fresh, so they'll stay during the hours. Ver carta

The service was fast, and the serving portions were relatively generous, but the chicken and beef I was given were exceedingly dry. I definitely wouldn't say $19 was a fair price for the food. Maybe the food's better when it's fresh, so stay away during off-peak hours.

The staff here are friendly and the service is fast. There's seating outside if you wanted to dine at location. I ordered the shawarma combo plate and was disappointed with the meal. The chicken was very dry and wasn't cooked on a spit (looked baked). The beef was better but not by much. I had to douse in sauce to avoid the dry meal.

Although I did not color the crystals a little worse over the salt shaker, hey, at least I still enjoyed my delicious chicken kababab-shuh shoes while I socialized my lively brookine rec forever young group. my only suggestion is the possibility to switch for our loyal customers to low sodium version. anyway, thank you for reading my above feedback have a great day. beth Ver carta

We decided to eat here after a couple of people recommended the place to us. The service was fast and the portion sizes good, but the beef and lamb shoarma was the worst I’ve had in my life. The meat on the spit looked juicy and good, but the meat that we were served was extremely dry and stiff and must have been from a few days ago and reheated multiple times. It was awful. I will never go back to this place. Save your money.

great taste and good food. we have the Kofta Kebab plate and the chicken kebab sandwich. it was delicious and really great taste especially the sosse and the salat sides and pickel. sandwich is good for the price, but we didn't think the plate is worth for this price. the plate had more kebab meat instead of much tear and side. was not a fan of meatcake, expected something like baked, but was like a pita brot with meat bread. total great place and high quality food, worth a try.

"If you’re looking for some of the most flavorful, fresh, and delicious ramen, you have to check out Isshindo Ramen! If you’re a ramen fan like me, you know the KEY to a good ramen boils down to the broth and the noodles. Some places the broth is too salty or “greasy”. You don’t have that issue here.I’ve gone to many ramen spots in multiple cities and this place keeps me coming back. Every time I am in Boston I must order from here. Luckily for me, I’ll be spending part of my year in Boston- so I’ll get to enjoy it more often! The broth is super flavorful, savory, and creamy. It is made using a specially treated water and boiled pork bones. This is what gives you that amazing broth and flavor! It’s also loaded with vitamins and nutrients. It is a great option for those looking for an alternative to traditional soup! The noodles used in the ramen are a little different than other Ramen spots- and that is okay! The noodles are more straight than traditional ramen noodles you know. They cook them perfectly so they aren’t mush. The broth is packaged separate for delivery- as to keep everything fresh and hot. The noodles will continue to cook in the boiling hot broth. Some places don’t account for that and the noodles don’t hold up. This place knows the deal and factors that in. I like that.Lastly, the chashu pork is melt-in-your-mouth incredible. You get four large, soft, and delicious cuts of pork belly in your ramen. I like to break the big pieces up. They don’t skimp at all on the quality or quantity of the meat. The ramen is also generously served with Woodear mushrooms, scallion, bean sprouts, nori seaweed, and a soy egg.I have ordered delivery from here multiple times and it’s my favorite spot in town for ramen. It’s always delivered piping hot and packaged very well! The broth is packed separate, as to keep the noodles from overcooking in the hot broth. It also prevents a soggy ramen. The packaging is perfect. I’ve never had anything spill or leak. They also include chopsticks and a soup spoon. Order is always accurate. If you love ramen, you’ve got to give Isshindo a try! You won’t be disappointed.Pro Tip: I recommend a ramen for each adult. However, if you want a bit bigger portion you can add extra noodles for a small up charge- that’s what I usually do. But aside from that, portions are generous. I just like extra noodles.I look forward to eventually eating here in person. But for now- delivery has not disappointed me yet! My favorite spot for ramen!"
