"Ok, so I read a LOT of the reviews, and we decided to stop here anyway, because sometimes folks are having a bad day, or there is some minor miscommunication, or something, and that results in a poor rating or review.Here is the big HOWEVER first off, a note to management; your waitresses are the face of your business if you can't afford to hire someone whom you feel represents you properly, you would be wise to then represent yourself, otherwise, you are going to CONTINUE getting bad reviews based on poor customer service. Such was the case today. Your waitress ignored my husband repeatedly through several steps of acknowledging, ordering, collecting and serving, and paying. Dear management, that is ALL of the steps of waitressing......you may find your business boosted should you find another waitress.Secondly; in order to succeed, you need to have at LEAST 2 of the five necessities of success in a restaurant working in your business that would beAtmosphere you get a 10, it's greatService 2, it's not great at all, it's awfulPrice 5, it's only mediocreQuantity 3, below averageQuality 2, also far below averageEven if the service was only mediocre, and you were higher on any of the other areas, it would be better.Anyway, we were just passing through on our way from Great Falls back to Idaho Falls, and thought this would be a fun place to stop, but I'm sorry to say, we won't be coming here again."
