"Excellent breakfast! Variety of omelettes, pancakes, waffles, French toast and combo specialities. We've been coming to this diner for 40 years! The review website allowed me to choose only one kind of meal (breakfast, lunch, etc. Would you also recommend Sherbans Split Pea Soup, Mushroom Soup, Wraps, Reubens and my favorite food from them: Roast Turkey (white meat). These are just some of their specialties. They have a huge menu, including classic Greek dishes. They are also known for their cheese cake. This is a family-run diner who has eaten for a long time in South Plainfield as my family there."

The female owner was quite rude and unprofessional. It's not acceptable to speak to customers in such an aggressive manner. I cannot recommend this place.

We usually get the Sherbin Burger. I always take half home for another meal. The chunky steak fries are great. I've never had a bad meal here. Service is almost always excellent.

This restaurant has been a family favorite for over 25 years. The food is consistently excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Given the current circumstances, they also prioritize hospitality and strictly adhere to CDC guidelines. It's truly one of the best places to dine in Central Jersey!

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! It's conveniently located right by the train tracks, making it ideal for when your train is delayed. If you arrive at the right time, you'll be treated to a beautiful sunrise. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere feels like a classic diner. Highly recommended!
