My order was incorrect and soggy

First time trying sidelines, ordered a pizza and it arrived burnt and did not have all the toppings we ordered. Ver carta

They have pretty good food and a decent quantity for the price. The slaw leaves a little something to be desired.

I experienced some issues with my order. The cheeseburger, which was supposed to come with cheese curds, was missing them. The perch was small and not particularly impressive. The taco salad was mostly lettuce, with very little meat.

Average experience. It was way too bright inside, and the music was too quiet. The atmosphere felt a bit stale, but the food was outstanding. The bartenders were a bit lackluster, though the owners were fantastic. This place has the potential to be really lively, but it just doesn't have that vibe. Ver carta

The staff here is rude. There is one in particular. She does not know how to treat customers. I called in to place an order and was hung up on multiple times. We went in to order and waited at least 10 minutes for her to even say something to us. We finally ordered and I confronted her about hanging up when I called. Very disrespectful.I will not go back and will let others know how the staff treats people.

The owner called the bartender from the back room to request service for his poker game, even though the bartender was busy handling other customers at the bar. This isn't the first time I've witnessed this behavior from the owner. The bar operates more like a members-only club; if you're a regular or a friend of the owner or staff, you receive excellent service, while others tend to be overlooked and treated as if they are a nuisance. Although it's a nice bar with good food and conveniently located near my home, I rarely visit. I stop by every few months, hoping for a change, but unfortunately, nothing has improved.

First, my delivery driver Daniel was great! He deserves a 5 star review, however the restaurant doesn 't give the extra filet of perch at 2.50 each. Had to call grub hub customer service to get a refund on not only that but also missing a full perch dinner because I ordered a total or 4, 1 w/ chips, 1 w/ potato salad, and 2 (used the quantity option for 2) w/ fries... make sure to order each dinner separately and don 't count on the extra filet if you order it. Food was good. Driver was reliable and quick.
