"I tried one of last night’s specials, which was duck. While it wasn’t perfect, the vegetables that came with it were excessively salted. This seems to be a common mistake not just here, but in many restaurants. As a senior, I know how important it is to limit salt intake due to various health issues. That’s why salt shakers exist; it’s something that chefs often overlook. The puree on my plate, which I believe was cauliflower, tasted overwhelmingly salty, making it difficult to even discern the vegetable itself. I considered returning the dish, but unfortunately, the Brussels sprouts were equally salty."

Food was excellent. Decor nice. Casual to casual chic dress. Only complaints it was loud...I think the music was a bit too loud so folks had to talk above it. Pricey but as expected in this area. I would go back.

What a lovely place! We sat by the window with a view of the river. The service was wonderful, attentive and recommended one of the specials which was delicious. it was our Anniversary and they brought us champaign and desert on the house. Highly recommend Ver carta

Went for our anniversary. The food was very good. We had the Brussel sprouts perfect. We each had pasta entrees which were delicious. Service was great and very pleasant, but courses came much too quickly. Some more time between courses would have resulted in a 5 star rating.

What an incredible New Year’s Eve experience! We were welcomed with sparkling wine, enjoyed the sounds of a jazz band, and dined in a beautifully decorated room. Our server was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The manager even stopped by our table a few times to ensure we were having a great time, which was a nice touch. The prix fixe menu was both diverse and delicious; the scallops were the best I’ve ever had. We concluded our evening with a delightful dessert, accompanied by homemade biscotti and limoncello. It was a fantastic experience all around!
