It was a MESS. It was a business catering lunch order. I specifically requested that items be securely sealed to prevent dripping. By the time I arrived the liquid from both the chicken and shrimp tray had spilled onto my bag, phone and went down my skirt whe. I picked it up. When I called to share my experience a women answered and said they had secured items and I must have done something wrong. I will never use this restaurant again and will tell my colleagues the same!

The owner, Shahla Amirifan, was rude to us. We visited this place to celebrate Mother's Day with my parents who were in town. As soon as she heard us speaking in our native language, her attitude towards us completely changed. Initially, we tried to ignore it, but we later noticed a significant difference in the way she treated White customers with respect and a smile while she ostracized us. She took a long time to take our order, appeared annoyed to even talk to us, and it was a horrible experience overall. Although the food was subpar and Shahla made us feel disrespected, the only saving grace was the person who cleared the plates and cleaned the tables. She was kind and treated everyone...

My family and I have been coming to Silver Skewers since they opened. The owner has watched me grow up and leave home, but every time I return to visit she greets me with a warm welcome. We have had the pleasure of watching her family grow as well as her business and we never feel like strangers when we come in. Her food is absolutely fantastic ALWAYS and the staff is always extremely friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting and we have never once been disappointed with the service or quality of food.
