"I called to place an order, but nobody answered. After waiting five minutes, I decided to go in, only to find the place completely empty. The woman at the counter kept me waiting for ten minutes while she was on the phone with the driver. I asked her for the phone number in case I had dialed it incorrectly, and she replied a bit snappily, "Well, that’s the number. Are you going to order now?" I was surprised by her response. I understand that bagel shops can get busy, especially on a Saturday, but this was frustrating. It seems they prefer online orders, and I've had issues with the phone number every time I’ve called. I seriously need to reconsider coming here. They either need to improve their service or hire more staff because she was the only one working. Also, charging $4.99 for a side of bacon with just four pieces is a bit much. No thanks."

"I am writing to express my concern regarding the seating arrangement during our recent visit on 2/1. Despite arriving promptly at 7:00 PM with a confirmed reservation, we were seated directly in the pathway of the kitchen, utensil station, and plating area. There were other tables available as well. The table for four in this location does not seem suitable for dining, as it created an uncomfortable experience for our party of three. Although I chose not to sit in the booth, I found the proximity of plates not belonging to us uncomfortably close to my head. My friend seated closest to the plating station also felt this discomfort. Additionally, the constant clinking of utensils and plates, combined with frequent disturbances from passing patrons accidentally kicking our chairs, made it difficult to enjoy our meal. We appreciate the efforts of your staff and understand that space constraints can sometimes be challenging. However, we hope you will reconsider the use of this particular seating area to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. The food was okay. As previous patrons, I enjoy the food much more on the weekdays when the kitchen and staff are not overwhelmed. Tuna Tartare 6/10 underseasoned Ribeye 8/10 Fettuccine Rock Shrimp Pasta — usually my favorite was undersalted 6/10 Our waitress was lovely"

"El servicio y el ambiente aquí fue excelente. El menú estaba muy bien redondeado. Conseguimos filet mignon y Royal Red Shrimp para compartir con ensaladas, champiñones al ajillo salteados y papa al horno. Había cestas con una variedad de panes y dos tipos de mantequilla. "The food is not only amazingly accurate for home in israel. But it has pure amazing hummus and fantastic falafel! Hummus is light in texture and taste, but so remarkable. (Creatively free in the direction of the hummus plate, which connects it), mushrooms, truffle oil!, beef swung with onions or even mixed with an ingeniously authentic Shakshuka! To be honest, it is a very high-quality place to dinate, especially with the thought of traditional israeli style. The specials can be either completely authentic to israeli culture of food, but they can bend to an internacional level. From deserts of Turkish culture, such as Malabi (Desert), to the dazzling Brazilian court known as Mocequa. The dishes are served with full character, and the owner and cook itself is of israeli and morrocan culture. Leaving the establishment with more than enough at home when you enter!!!"
