"I come during lunch and it's busy, but a place to sit. You get seated and they take your drink order. They'll bring you a tall decanter of water, a glass of ice with a lime wedge. A plate of naan bread, Also the drink you requested. And you are free to pick up a plate and serve yourself from the buffet. The food is delicious and no overwhelming saltiness, or spiciness, or other common chef errors. I had basmati rice pilaf, butter chicken, tandoori, and their yogurt sauce. The drink came in a 20oz bottle so I was able to take the rest with me to work. 20.31 plus tip. Fantastic deal. In and out in 30 minutes with my stomach full of that plate. I'll be back. It's also very clean."

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It's the best Indian buffet in town. Food is always fresh and hot. Quality of food is consistent. Be sure to go when you are hungry!

The establishment is so clean!! The food is delicious!! And the staff was friendly and servicial!! I loved this place. I tried every single thing and i can't regret anything. It is totally recomendable !! Be nice and take only what u r gonna eat. Start with a tiny of everything. The food is wonderful ?

Not super impressed with the buffet. Everything seemed to be lacking flavor or overly salty. Customer service was great! Everyone was super helpful and attentive. Would give them another chance if I was in the area longer. I do have to say the mango soft serve ice cream was amazing, tasted like a frozen mango lassie!! Ver carta

Great selection of authentic Halal Indian dishes. Delicious consistent taste each time we visit Sitar. Glad to have them in The Woodlands, TX. Must try their lunch or Dinner Buffet. À la carte Menu is vast and has great options for all taste palate. Location is super clean and has Great Ambiance . Ample seating available to dine in. Their fresh Mango Lassi and desserts are delicious and are my favorite. Must Try Chicken 65, Pakora Palak/saag Paneer with fresh Garlic Butter Naan. Would recommend it if visiting the Spring/Woodlands area and we will be coming again soon to devour deliciousness.
