A message to the management: Please take care of your staff! The poor girl working the cash register this evening was clearly frustrated. It's no surprise that orders are getting mixed up and the quality is suffering. We received the wrong food, and now that we're home, I won't be going back to get the correct order.

The food here is consistently amazing and delicious. Every time I visit, it’s fresh, served hot, and thoroughly enjoyable. Their milkshakes and fries are always top-notch and are my go-to recommendations. Of course, the burgers are fantastic as well. Additionally, the staff is always courteous, quick, and professional.

Absolutely amazing! We travel from the other side of the city just to eat here. Everything is consistently hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious! The management goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. While they can get busy, they are quick and efficient. I've dined here twice. The first time I picked up my order, and the staff were incredibly friendly, plus the place was clean. The second time, I used a third-party delivery service. I must say, it was impressive that my order was not only correct but also arrived hot! Both experiences were fantastic. The management at this location truly knows how to run things well!

This specific store sucks. You place an order then they take 15 min to cancel it, and by then its almost 9:30 and other restaurants are closing. They have done this twice to me, and its the last time. If you close at 9:30, you close at 9:30. Not 9,not 9:05. 9:30! And after reading the other reviews, this store is just managed poorly. I will gladly spend my money somewhereelse.

Very disappointed in this Smash Burger location ! Went in and ordered a Baja chicken a Baja burger smash fries &Haystacks all the item’s were lukewarm at very best! Called and spoke to person that stated they were the manager!? Didn’t seem very concerned about the issue! I’m glad that I’m not one that orders hot food from this location to get it delivered still kinda warm! When the orders picked up it’s already lukewarm! …….Very concerning Ver carta

While we waited for a replacement chicken sandwich, I tried the fries, which were soggy, cold, and tasted like they had just come from a rosemary bush. I could mention how every other order we saw being handed out was also incorrect, but I’ll just say that this location is in desperate need of new management. I would love to have a Smashburger within walking distance, but I won’t return to this one until I see a "under new management" sign.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! From the moment we walked in, the cashier just glared at my wife and was really rude to her when she ordered. When I asked her to enter my number for my rewards she acted like she didn't know what that was. They had the heat turned off on a 30 degree evening, and the employees were all wearing winter coats. Even though they don't close until 10, at 8pm Sat night . they were dumping out the fresh teas so we couldn't even have any, were blocking off tables, and the person that was mopping just stopped and stood in the way when you asked to get by.The ONLY redeeming part of our experience was that the manager was polite, and the food was made correctly. Went to Smash Burger ???? b/c I felt like having a good cheeseburger. We placed our order I got a cheeseburger with NO onions NO pickles, fries coke. My boyfriend got the bacon double cheeseburger, fries coke. I ordered it to go and double checked mybag to make sure everything was correct before leaving. When we got home I was excited to have a burger ???? and I opened it uptook a huge bite. When I looked the burger ???? it was red inside totally uncooked. WHY? My boyfriends whole order was correctand the burgers were done no pink or red beef inside. Needless to say I spit out the burger ???? in the garbage and my dog gotthe rest. Absolutely a waste of money ????. I just couldn't understand... Ver carta
