I stopped by for takeout and, as always, the food was a perfect 10/10. Daisy was wonderful and provided exceptional service! I can't rate her service any lower than a 10/10!

My order was incorrect, but Daisy was incredibly helpful, polite, and understanding. Since it was my first time dining with you, I truly appreciate her assistance. I will definitely return!

We have visited this restaurant three times and tried something different each visit. The food was always excellent and the service was quick. We especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries. This has become our new favorite place to eat. Ver carta

I tried the spicy Baja Burger and fries at this restaurant and it was delicious! I just wish the burgers were a bit bigger. It didn't quite fill me up, but I will definitely be back to try something else. The terrace seating was also great for enjoying a meal.

I came for a quick bite and didn't have a waiting time for the order to get my burger. ordered the smoked speck brisket burger and absolutely enjoyed the rich aromes that complicate everyone. if it ever in the opposite will definitiw a place id visit with some more friends

I had an amazing experience at Smashburger in Richardson, Texas. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The smoked brisket bacon burger was incredible, much more gourmet than I had anticipated. It was cooked perfectly, with the cheese melted just right, and the garlic fries were a delicious complement to the meal. Ver carta

Daisy was fantastic; she's an exceptional manager. She promised me that my food would be excellent, and she certainly delivered. The burger was full of flavor, and the fries were outstanding. I had a negative experience in the past, but this time with both the food and Daisy really made up for it. If you're in the mood for a great burger, I highly recommend trying this smash burger.

I used to live smashburger in Frisco. After they closed I haven been to one. Then I was passing through Plano and thought I stop at this location.I'm not going back.Unorganized, and dirty, and the restroom looked like someone decided to start demolition.I ordered a and avocado club, and got one teaspoon of avocado. Did not even feel the flavor of it.The only thing that was good, was the bruzzel sprouts.I do not recommend anyone to go here.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant at this Cityline location and customer service was just ok, cashier not very friendly. I've had better. I wanted the same tasty burger, truffle fries, and milk shake from this restaurant that I had in Uptown but that didn't happen.I was very disappointed unfortunately. The burger was ok but it was cold. I asked for truffle fries and was too tired to look in the bag after take out since my husband paid for the order while I went to the restroom.When I got home, I discovered that they were regular fries and they looked old and were cold, and had no taste.
