we were there three or four times in their eating is always amazing that they said they needed a few minutes and we were okay with it and he came faster, that is really good service.

I placed a straightforward order: a large mozzarella stick and a sausage burrito. That should have been enough, right? Well, not quite, as I ended up waiting over 10 minutes only to leave without receiving my food. Disappointing experience.

I mean it's a Sonic drive-thru. Most of the people that work at the one here in Great Bend are pretty decent. Now if I could just get them to understand the concept of easy on the ice.... I can't say that my visit last Friday was anything to rave about. I ordered a B.L.T. and a large order of fries, which I prepaid for. When the food arrived, the fries were slightly burnt and only filled halfway. This level of service quality seems to be happening more often, and I will definitely steer clear of this place in the future.
