Sonic Drive-in - Carta

I can understand their struggles since the construction has made it difficult to visit. The staff worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good, but I just wish the entrance wasn't such a hassle.

I empathize with their circumstances, as the current construction has made it difficult to get to the restaurant. Nevertheless, the staff remained incredibly positive. The food was excellent; I just wish the entrance was easier to access.

We waited in our car at the drive-thru for 25 minutes before finally getting our food. Two cars behind us seemed to be waiting just as long. At one point, someone even stepped out of their vehicle and walked over from a nearby stable to join the line and place their order. Ver carta

I waited over 30 minutes for three drinks, despite ordering online, and one of them was simply water. If you want a quick meal or drink, you might want to try a different place. To add to my frustration, one of the drinks I received was incorrect. I'm done with this restaurant.

This location really needs to work on its speed and quality. I've never had a hot dog from Sonic that was this disappointing. The toppings were minimal, and one of the sides looked either overly crispy or burnt. I usually enjoy going to Sonic, but this visit was quite unsatisfactory.

I ordered two drinks, small popcorn chicken, and a chili dog. I waited in the stall for 25 minutes after the order was marked as "on the way" on the screen. This was at 11 AM, and there were only about three cars in the stalls. All of them were served and left before we decided to leave without receiving our order. I was served a warm Sprite... yes, you read that correctly, warm. It was simply terrible. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. I might sound a bit dramatic, but let me explain: they told me they were out of iced tea, so I decided to get Dr. Pepper, only to find out they were out of the syrup as well. Then I settled for a Sprite, only to discover they had no ice. After just one sip, I had to throw it away. It's hard to understand why anyone would want to drink warm Sprite—it's not even slightly chilled, just completely warm. This location really needs better management, or maybe it should just consider shutting down again.

On October 4, 2022, I attempted to redeem a special offer through the app, but unfortunately, it wouldn't let me complete my payment. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn't resolve the issue. Fortunately, I was assisted by two wonderful young men—one named Connor, who was wearing a blue surfer shirt, and the other in a red shirt. They both went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Their level of service was truly exceptional, making it hard to find such great experiences these days. I plan to return to the restaurant so I can tip them for their excellent assistance. They are by far the best employees I've encountered in a long time!

Melissa (not sure about the spelling) has an unbelievable attitude. I can't understand why she works there if she can't manage to be polite to customers. It's clear she dislikes her job, yet she's in charge of the place? It's no wonder this restaurant is struggling. They keep employees who clearly aren't suited for their roles for some reason. I knew someone who provided excellent service every time, but he no longer works there because he spoke up about the management issues. If you're looking to support a declining business while being served mediocre food with a side of rudeness, this is the place for you.
