"Got two strawberry milkshake. Got to my hotel room and tasted milk shake. It just tasted as sweet water. It did not taste as strawberry milk shake. Called Sonic store in Pratt right away to report. Lady tried to justify that their equipment did not work so they made it old fashion way. Also stated that her manager would give refund if I had code from my receipt. I wish they did not sell product that does not taste same as people as used to. Or at least inform customer that they have improvised milkshake due to equipment not working. So guest has a choice to say yeah or nay."

If I could give a 0 on service I would. Waited for 10 minutes behind 2 vehicles which drove off, 1 of them screaming into the microphone for one of your employees to answer for drive through), we drove up no answer, drove to window and not 1 employee looked over or came to assist us. Pulled around to car hop area been sitting here for several minutes and couldn’t get our call answered either so far. Then a person drove up parked next to us pushed their button and got immediately answer. Worst customer service in the whole town!!

"Heard about this place from some locals, who recommended the stake! Tonight's special was either a 12oz ribeye or an 8oz filet with salad, choice of potatoes and bread for $25.99. I opted for the half-pound burger medium well with a fries. Burger came out with a piece of lettuce, slice of tomato, red onion slice and thin sandwich pickles. Burger was cooked perfectly and tasted good. Please note that the Uptown Cafe side was closed but that should not make a difference as both sides traditionally have the same menu. (Maybe the cafe is open for lunch and the club open for dinner and drinks? My only issue is that the menu shown on their website is out of date. Actual prices are about 25% to 33% higher than those presented on their website. Their premium steaks now sell for $39.99 v $29.99 on website. Their other steaks sell for $29.99 v $19.99 on website. Burger and fries are not $13.99 v $10.99. Also, there was a small service charge on my bill. Not sure if that was something I ordered (bun on the side? or something the restaurant just tacks on."

"Here for dinner on the reviews about Yelp. Enjoy the streets of the old town. The Uptown is a quiet atmosphere, a large dining area and tables are spacious. ordered the Taco salad bowl, turkey spinach avocado packing and baked potato. I can testify to the sandwich that was fresh, generous and tasty. The Taco salad was also fresh and delicious. The taco bowl was generous. Even if we were stuffed, we could not go without shaking their fried apple ice cream. Said Stephanie (some waitress) we shared the dessert. She came back with two (good size) dessert cups, which was safe more than a dessert size. If you visit this restaurant, order this dessert. This meal was so full, skipped breakfast on the following day.... highly recommended!"

"The bread was baked just enough to say its not dough, the lettuce we skipped entirely because it looked really slimy and rusty. I was starving though so I stuck with turkey and onions with mayo. The other veggies looked like they'd been frozen and thawed. Not appetizing at all. Then we sat down to eat. Since the bread (white italian) was inedible due to its underbaked state, I chose to eat the turkey and onions alone. Then I found a short black hair in my food. I'm a long haired redhead and my husband is blonde. No way it was from either of us. We tried to approach for a manager to get my sub remade and were told to hold on. They then proceeded to serve the very long line and ignore me so here I am posting about it. Someone needs to refund me at this point."

"We got there 10 mins before closing time . Place was right off the main road, super clean facility, employees were attentive and Riley the manager was on top of it. "Their Sunday breakfast from 9 AM to 12 PM is exceptional as well, with great prices and plenty of bacon or ham to enjoy. Expect a large crowd, so be prepared to wait for a table. My only drawback is the checkout process at the cash register. You don’t receive an itemized bill, so it’s hard to know exactly what you’ve paid for. I suspect it often costs me less that way since some cashiers can be a bit careless. Still, I make sure to pay what I owe because Woody provides an excellent service to the community, and we definitely need him!"
