The hours say the place is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday to the owner of this franchise fix your hours or fix your staff. Got there at 2305 and waited.. and waited. Along with several other cars who all left like I did. Ver carta

This location has seriously gone downhill. Everyone's food was nowhere up to par. Burgers were cold. The tenders meal had a couple of issues of everything being overcooked and one was missing an item. From now on just drinks and blasts from here. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Checked in on mobile order,got notification after 10 min that a person was on the way..waited another 15 min after i realized new people were showing up and getting their food and leaving. Turns out they forgot about me. Although i was the closest spot next to the door they enter and exit. The young worker female kept going over to a car few spots from me with a lot of young teenagers and kept stopping to joke with them,obviously distracted by her friends. This sonic continues to disappoint me. Last time I was there there was they forgot parts of my order and there was no mozzarella in my mozzarella sticks.. I was shocked to say the least. Today I decided to go after a long day of work, I wanted just fries and mozzarella sticks. I had one mozzarella stick that was good but when I took a bite of the other one it was frozen. Still being de thawed. So I tried another stick and that one too was frozen.. all of them. This is normally the good Sonic on 1103 however today we did a mobile order and when we arrived the application wouldn 't allow us to pick a stahl so we pressed the red button and told them what happened they said ok and that it will be out. 10-15 minutes later everyone around us is getting service but us. i decided to try the redbull recharger, took me a long time to commit to a $6 drink that 's supposed to just be sprite, redbull, and flavored syrup, but i went for it. so my first impression was why is this creamy tasting? so then i took the lid off and there was all this gooey slimey substance in the drink.. definitely not just redbull, sprite, and syrup and it looked nothing like the advertisement photos... i sat down and stared at this drink for awhile.. scooped out some of the slime to inspect it.. it was thick and opaque... very off-putting.. i ended up pouring it down the sink.. literally tho should i be worried because i did drink some of it before it occurred to me that it shouldn 't...
