We thoroughly enjoy both the food and the service at this restaurant. Our orders are correct 95% of the time, and when there is an error, they quickly fix it without any fuss.

I ordered three double meat hamburgers and three medium onion rings for $40. Each hamburger was about the size of a biscuit, and there were only five onion rings per order. There were no toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, or onions. What a rip-off! Food: 1 Service: 3.

We dine at this restaurant weekly, and it never fails to impress us. There's a wonderful carhop named Amanda who always takes our order flawlessly. After a long day at work, I stopped by for dinner around 8 PM. Since I was driving a larger vehicle, I tried to place my order at the pedestrian kiosk, but the audio system wasn't working. While they could hear me just fine, I couldn't hear their responses. Instead of assisting me, the staff inside simply chatted among themselves and ignored my presence, so I decided to leave in search of another place to eat. To make matters worse, they also turned away another potential customer who arrived shortly after and was similarly ignored.
