"Id like to take the time to call this place out on their portioning of my meal and also the management that couldn’t face a problem right in front of them and fixing it.I ordered a simple dish to go, chicken teriyaki and no drink. At first I was iffy with the price but I figured, since it was 13.99 plus tax I kinda assumed that I was getting a real good portion of rice, chicken and salad. But that wasn’t the case and instead I got about half the price portioning in my opinion. I got my order and left to where I needed to be and noticed the portioning was all off.I called up the place and the front desk young lady was very nice and patient w me and the guy was also but this is where the management needs work. The manger insisted that they had everything correct and that there was no issue and etc. they asked me to bring my food back just so they can “LOOK” at it. So I did and when I took it to them the front guy just looked at the food and said yea that’s correct. And apologizes for ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET A 13.99 WELL PORTIONED CHICKEN TERIYAKI PLATE. so anyways, they told me I couldn’t get a refund, I couldn’t get more portioning and insisted that my food was correct, the picture I provided is what I got. HALF A ENTREE SIDE OF CHICKEN. FOR 13.99+TAX. 15.14!INSANE FOR WHAT I GOT!!!!The young lady and young man helped a little bit with the situation by offering me a drink.I told them that that was nice of them. The whole time I didn’t talk to any manager, which is insane because they are the ones who are suppose to fix whatever they can for the customer."

I eat here way to often. The service is great, the food is awesome. So, I just keep going back, multiple times a week haha. The spring rolls are the best I've had and those are what keeps me coming back. Delicious!Food: 5/5

He stayed here because Pho Palace was closed for Wednesday. The portion size was great! although the broth was very bland, chili past made it pale, but there are jumping from room for improvement. my review is really compared to Pho-Palast, as this is my favorite spot in arlington. Ver carta

The pandemic did a number on Sprouts. I love their food but their hours have been cut and their staff just isn’t the same level of helpfulness as before. I’m not okay with people eating while they are handling my food, which I have seen and object to. But the food is still amazing.Vegetarian options: Many options and they are delicious

Normally I don't have a problem with the togo pho I get from here. Tonight I specifically asked for raw meat, when I got home, the meat was in the broth, cooked. I like rare tender meat. When it's in the broth cooked it takes longer to get tender again. I will give it another chance, just thought I should post instead of just being mad and disappointed.

Lovely little Thai based restaurant. Friendly staff, yummy food, lots of choices for Boba. The only problem we've encountered over months of several visits was the one day they were too full for us to get a table we had to only do takeout. Tabby the rest of the staff are awesome. We now have to get appetizers every time, or we feel like we skipped a part. There's always enough left for lunch the following day too. Ver carta

DFW's pho scene is honestly horrible. HOWEVER Sprouts is a glimmering ray of light that brings hope that we can yet again have a delicious bowl of pho. Service is a bit slow and we did receive the wrong order... but you know what, we didn't even care, we were just glad that we, for the first time in DFW, had a pho that tasted so good we didn't regret choosing pho for dinner. I had the vegetable pho without tofu and it was delicious. Our 2 year old devoured the fried rice. Cute, tiny little place with what I think is the best bowl you'll find in DFW. Definitely recommend, esp if you've wondered if you'll ever have good pho again.

"Affordable large helpings. Decent coffee. Family owned run.Skillet used to be in an old diner on the corner of Bowen Division. Definitely needed upgrades. Service was good, wait staff friendly. Weekends would be PACKED. Like line out the door. Also had an early morning group of people that would be there at 5 am and eat drink coffee for a couple of hours. Kind of place you liked because it was comfortable, but you wished it looked better.Fast forward to their new location up the street. Used to be an Italian restaurant definitely not what Skillet "feels "like. A much bigger restaurant, same menu. They open at 5 and serve comfort food basically. The servings are always huge and most of the time the food is good. I usually ask for my bacon to be extra crispy, but not burned. I have gotten every thing from still oinking to flat out burned. The cook knows he 's either putting semi raw or totally burned bacon on my plate and the waitresses can see what he puts on my plate not acceptable at all. Most of the time it 's fine. If you like firm scrambled eggs, tell them you want a hard scramble, but not brown. They do well on the over medium fried eggs most of the time (far better than Crackerbarrel). I don 't recommend the pancakes or waffles too dense not a good flavor. Omelets are massive!I usually eat breakfast there, so I have not tried any lunch items, except the BLT, which is good.Bottom line decent comfort food, reasonable prices, large portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair/handicap accessible."
