wont give them their coffee from mobile order until the rest of their article is ready. they will refuse to swallow me for my coffee while I wait for the food. I already paid it. really strange and annoying and glad I decided to cut on the coffee outside together.

The manager was very personable on the weeknight I visited the restaurant; it was a pleasure to chat with them. In my opinion, Starbucks has struggled for years since Schultz departed, but every now and then you come across a hidden gem like this one. The quality of drinks and the employees were exceptional.

I am not sure why I was treated poorly by the staff compared to other paying customers during my visit to the restaurant. I sat for an hour observing other interactions, and I can't help but wonder if I didn't fit in somehow. Feeling frustrated, disabled, and disappointed, I still left a tip for the staff, although I believe I should not have. Ver carta

The staff are super friendly and very efficient. Every time I visit they are always working, whether it’s stocking and/or cleaning, always on the move. I truly have never see them just lounging around, even when it’s not busy. I want to make sure the right SB gets the credit, the 1 I’m referring is next to Papa John’s, not the one in Giant, no offense.

They really denied my partner numbers because I didn’t have my ID… which isn’t even company policy by the way. Then once I told her that’s not even a company policy she lied said well my partner number didn’t even work. I just left because at that point I realized she was clearly just trying to dismiss me to see if I was lying. I know my numbers work I’m just Glad I don’t work at this location I’ve been working at Starbucks for 5 years never had any store deny me my partner discount or even ask for my ID.

This Starbucks is great overall, but I would not recommend it if you're looking for a Cold Foam drink. Every time I've ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew or a Salted Caramel Cold Brew, the foam has been too foamy and not thick enough. You can tell it's not right by the large bubbles in the foam, which disappear by the time you start drinking. It seems like there might be a training issue at this store causing them to consistently mess up the cold foam. In my experience, the only time I've had a good Cold Foam drink here is in the afternoon. I suggest trying the Safeway Starbucks instead if you're craving a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. It's not worth spending $5 on it here. Ver carta
