Steak 'n Shake - Carta

Ashley was so nice! I drove off without half my order (my mistake). I came back and they made it fresh and threw in a free large fries. So nice. The food is great too. Thanks Steak and Shake and especially Ashley.

I didn't have high expectations for the food at Steak and Shack, but I was pleasantly surprised. The comfort food had decent flavor and the service was quick and friendly. I would definitely consider coming back for a fast and affordable meal.

Things are slowly getting better. I like the new setup where you don't have to wait on everything from a wait staff. I hate that probably some jobs were lost, but the service was not good. This new experience is much better and you get your food faster. Ver carta

Me and everyone i was with hated this there was no music it was so quiet. Are food was wrong. And we where looking forward to this after hurricane harbor down the road. But this experience was nothing good at all. I hate to complain but this was bad you have plenty other options in the area.

Always a great meal went with my family since we don't have them in NM. It was great you can tell they had a rush right before we got there. Service was great, food was great only thing is we had to ask for a few tables To be cleaned. Staff rushed out and cleaned a few tables. Overall it was great service and food!!!

On a busy Sunday night, we were informed by the waitress that there would be a slight wait. We were fine with that, as we are from Abilene and do not have a Steak 'n Shake nearby. I didn't see any cars. Should have been my first idea. I ordered a burger and onion rings. Both were so greedy and so terrible that I threw the whole meal in the garbage. Probably the worst burger I've ever taken a bite and thrown away. Please, boys, do better. That was a waist of time and money. Will never go there again. And from the view of the parking lot everyone else becomes. How do you stay in business? That was pure yuch!!!!!

We have been protecting this restaurant since it was founded. Last night we ordered on the line to pick up. The online order gave a pickup time, but when we arrived, they did not even begin to prepare our order. It was finished about 40 minutes later. When the order was finished, almost nothing was as we had ordered. Neither milkshake was ordered. No BBQ sauce with the onion rings. No bacon on the grilled cheese sandwich. I doubt that we will ever apply this restaurant to any place.

This restaurant no longer has a drive-thru service. Customers must go inside to pick up their orders or choose carry-out. Orders are placed online, through the app, or using the kiosks provided. Despite the lack of a traditional ordering process, the food is still of good quality and prepared quickly. The staff working during my visit were all very helpful and respectful. They even gave us extra onion rings as a gesture of apology for a slight delay in our food preparation. The interior of the restaurant was a bit dingy and dirty, but it was late in the day. Ver carta
