"Lynch's is a friendly, local place. A pub at heart, but the menu includes numerous updates on classics and items one would not normally see on a pub menu. I had the California burger served with house-made onion rings and my husband had the fish tacos. The issue on the day we went was the service. There was a catered event going on in the other room and this lead to errors and neglect. I ordered the veggie burger with no tomato and onion rings and it came with the tomato and French fries. I had also asked that the English muffin be well toasted and even the second time around, it was basically uncooked. The fish tacos were delicious but not served as hot as one might like. When we ordered our food, we ordered Sam Adams on tap and then waited 15 before they were brought to our table. The owner introduced himself when we came in and then came over upon hearing of the issues we encountered. He was apologetic yet appreciative that we explained the shortcomings so that they can be corrected. To compensate, our beers were on the house and he also included a 20% discount for the meal. Reaction to a problem is as much part of rating as the problem itself, hence the 4-stars overall. This is one of the few nice places in this area of 9W and I would go back if in the area. Despite the issues, we had a lovely time."

"I have ordered delivery from this restaurant so many times and the food is good so I decided to take my family to dine in.Walked in to a nice quiet restaurant. Almost all tables were full a positive sign. I went to eat with my husband and daughter. We had to walk out because we waited 30 minutes and no one had even come over to ask for our drinks. 30 MINUTES!!!!! I noticed alot of customers were very well known by the employees. This was our 1st time there Never going there again. I felt very neglected. We stood up and started walking out past the bar and noone even acknowledged us."

"Went here with my family for a good breakfast. The service was great, our server was attentive. He forgot to bring one dish out but once we brought it to his attention, it came out in a few seconds. The place was busy at the time, and the interior was fine. I ordered the coco berry pancakes and my cousin ordered the Lox benedict. The pancakes tasted good and it looked great out of the kitchen. The lox benedict was a little too salty by itself, but it was better with the potatoes (overall it was still good). The other 8 people with us seemed satisfied with their meals. The bathrooms were reasonably clean."

"Feels like this business is struggling. Which reflects in the service and atmosphere. The son seems like he doesn't care, and was very blah. I ordered dolmades and zucchini with tzatziki. Feel bad because I like to support local businesses. But the food is just okay. The atmosphere is very stale. I know prices have gone up everywhere and are hurting the restaurant industry, but for $18 for two appetizers , the amount of food was so small. Ridiculous. Feel like they can do better. Like maybe offer lunch specials to bring local people in."

"Okay, as far as I love what I bought from here. Everything was spiced and the Ribs, pulled pig had needed the smoke to make it tasteful. The Mac and the cheese were the perfect mix of pasta and cheese and was delicious. The crowned greens had just enough of a light vinegar taste together with turkey muokiness. The corn base was tasty and the corn bread was very good. The only con I discovered was the grain fritter too greasy. The Caribbeanly seasoned chicken is hot spirit pepper, so be careful if you can't handle it, don't understand. Now this becomes a gothic place for the southern food search. Now this small place has what to go with its taste profiles and well seasoned food toe with all major competitors. I have recently tried Brothers Smokehouse in Ramsey, NJ and was not impressed, so I must say that they are new, but all positive reviewers may not have tasted real southern pit smoked BBQ or those well seasoned pages. I will say give Big Daddy's Home Plate a try and you will certainly not be disappointed."
