"This is one of the nicer underground restaurants I've visited. Upon entering, I was impressed by the dining area. The booths were clean and modern, and the decor was both appealing and well-maintained, featuring wood accents around the partitions. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The food was enjoyable, and the prices were in line with typical subway rates. The location is convenient, right across from Dupont Highway, with a spacious and beautiful parking lot."

Excellent experience! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly at Harrington. They really took my preferences into account and did a fantastic job with the sandwiches and chopped salad.

I used to visit this restaurant often, but my recent experience left me quite disappointed. The service was extremely slow, and they used a dirty knife to cut the sandwiches and handle the hot peppers, leaving it in the peppers afterwards. I'm not impressed at all. I just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning. Ver carta

Wow, it was really bustling this morning! Nevertheless, the customer service was outstanding. My sub was prepared exactly as I requested, and even with the hectic atmosphere, the staff maintained their smiles, showing great composure under pressure. I would give it five stars. I definitely couldn’t manage that kind of stress!

I walked into the restaurant and was warmly greeted by a young woman and a younger man, who were having a good time together. Unfortunately, the woman made a mistake with my sandwich order, and when she noticed her error, she became upset and threw the sandwich in the trash. As a result, I decided to leave and won’t be coming back.

The Subway in Harrington, Delaware is by far the cleanest and friendliest on the Delmarva Peninsula. My wife and I travel all the way from Maryland, passing at least six other Subways, just to eat here. The sandwiches are always perfect. Our only suggestion would be to install a fast hand dryer in the restroom. Overall, this Subway deserves an 11 out of 10—you won’t find a better one anywhere! Ver carta

I placed an online order 20 minutes before arriving at the store, but nothing was prepared when I got there. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food to be made, even though I had already pre-ordered. Meanwhile, I watched other customers get served while I waited, as if my order wasn’t prioritized. Ordering online is supposed to be convenient, but this was a terrible experience. Very disappointing!

This is one of the better Subway locations I’ve visited. The dining area made a great first impression—clean, modern booths and tasteful decor, including wood molding around the partitions. The staff were friendly, and the service was both quick and efficient. The food was tasty, with prices consistent with typical Subway rates. "Idk what is happening this year. But the first 2 times I have ordered from them this year so far my orders have been incorrect. My first order was a couple weeks ago, I ordered 2lbs of RAW shrimp 50ct RAW middle neck clams over the phone. I was asked multiple times if I wanted them steamed or raw. I told the gentleman 4 times I wanted them RAW. When I picked up my order they were steamed. I was given a refund but was still frustrated. Idk if their phones don’t have good quality anymore and they can’t hear or what. I ordered again from them on the Friday before Mother’s Day via phone. I placed an order for 200ct middle neck clams. My dad picked them up for me since he was right there and immediately brought them over. We stuck them in the fridge for an hour and made appetizers. When we brought them out and put them in the sink to rinse and look at them. Every single one of them were open more than half of them were frozen. I called the store and ask what I was supposed to do with them, spoke to some lady who had an attitude about it. She insisted she just counted them RIGHT before pick up said they weren’t open or frozen. After telling her I could bring them back if she wanted to see herself, she agreed. I took them back. She insisted that it was our fault after going back and forth finally gave me a refund. Idk if they have new management this year but last year they never gave us any problems and our orders were always accurate. Won’t be going back."
