I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They refused to accept my Subway coupon for three foot-longs at $17.99, claiming that Subway wouldn't reimburse them. It was really frustrating. Ver carta

i ordered online a veggie patty wrap with everything and i got no veggie patty i was very disappointed with my food ,the employee didn't think to double check on the order that she was making i think she needs EXTRA work on making sure the order is correct but i will not be ordering here again .

Initially, they imposed so many restrictions on their coupons that there was hardly anything left to choose from. For two years, they had been accepting all coupons, including expired ones, since the offers are the same every week, but they only informed me about this when I was already at the checkout. They didn’t have any information posted about it and were unhelpful overall. It felt like it was just too bad for me! I won’t be returning to this location again.

I ordered a breakfast flatbread, and was charged 25% more than the advertised price on the menu board. I asked the employee about the discrepancy, and he said that they probably just didn't update the menu board when they raised prices. He didn't seem to think that false advertising like this was a problem, nor did he offer to point it out to management so they could update the price board. The mediocre food was not worth the high price, and I will not support a business that finds it okay to use deceptive business practices like this. Ver carta

The food quality a JM is very good. Everything is always fresh, and the employees are always friendly. The only issue I have ever had with JM is the prices. They offer a Mini sandwich which is small. It will set you back $7.15 at this location (prices vary by location). I know they have large labor costs, but they don 't really seem to offer many daily specials here (like that other Huge chain) that has improved in the last 2 years. I feel the best deal here is the giant sandwich for under $17.00. Enough to share. Either way, great employees, and great tasting sandwiches.

Came in to get sandwiches for my daughter and myself. The beginning with one of your employees was great but another employee made a fuss about I had a coupon. Even though in BOLD says any 2 sandwiches for 12.99 otherwise it's 24.99 for 2 but apparently only for specific sandwiches that that store chooses gets the discount says the employee. So basically I have to waste time and my gas to get to subway, to check and see if the coupon even works for the sandwich i want or else i just pay full price. So dumb, at the end I just bought 1 sandwich and took my lil to Sub king on 111, soooo much better.

If you're looking for a sandwich shop where you'll encounter a dismissive attitude, this is the place for you. I had an unpleasant experience with a Hispanic redhead named Kris, who openly made snarky comments about me to her coworker Leo without any embarrassment. When I requested chipotle mayo, she mistakenly added regular mayo instead. That wasn't a huge deal, but then she scraped the mayonnaise off the sandwich and put it on the paper it was resting on. I thought she would at least put the sandwich on a fresh piece of paper, but instead, she attempted to roll the sandwich up with the old paper. I had to intervene and ask for a new piece.
