"The restaurant needs to hire more staff. The young girl working today is overwhelmed. They should pay their employees more. It's disappointing that even with ordering ahead, the food isn't ready and customers still have to wait in line to pick it up. There is no designated pickup area and no way to move off the road. However, the food is delicious."

Ordered a $6 footling sub and gotta 6 inch sub and had to ask for my chips and drink. 2 stars simply because I feel pity towards them.

I ordered the chicken, bacon ranch melt. It was terrible. The bacon was NOT cooked and it just didnt have any flavor at all. Very disappointed.

eating is really good, but one of the workers is super rude. older women looking like a hexe. goes out of her to say rude comments to the employees. would recommend management to look at this.

The restaurant consistently lacks bread and cookies, the staff is impolite, and there is always a long wait. I will not be returning to this establishment and would rather visit Weirton or just go to Sheetz.
