Subway - Carta

This particular Subway is situated at the Love's Truck Stop off Highway 30. The Subway itself was clean, and the young woman who assisted me wore gloves as she took my order.

it was the typical subway experience except there was no soda you couldn't purchase a drink at all also one of the pictures of a tomato had a hole in it (see attached photo) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely RUDE people behind the counter. I walked out I don't care if you've cut the bread and have to throw it away now. I'm not a dog, learn to speak to people. Whatever your problems are, it isn't the customers fault. Service: 1 Ver carta

Very inexperienced staff, both employees do not have any coordination with each other. Customers were returning. They made my sandwich in second attempt and did it wrong. I just asked for chicken bacon and ranch, they messed up everything. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Manager is rude! Takes forever to take your order. She acts like she doesnt want to be there and just throws your sandwich togather. Worse subway i have ever been to! I wont be back to eat here. You are better off walking 5 extra feet and getting mcdonalds! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly. I ordered takeout for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic, I would give it a 5 out of 5 as well. We stopped at Love's to get a sandwich and take a rest. We waited in line for a while at the subway .... one of the girls just filled up one of the meat buckets that was already almost filled. The line was getting longer and she wouldn't look at anyone. Then she started sweeping. one of the other young ladies finally asked what Bread we wanted and I just told her no thank you. I would typically give this place a 5-star rating and have positive things to say, but tonight's service was far from it. The staff seemed disinterested and made mistakes with our orders. They were also out of certain items. I ordered the new turkey cali fresh sandwich, but it only had 5 pieces of turkey on a footlong sub and was missing the bacon. This experience was disappointing, especially since my partner and I have been loyal customers since the restaurant opened.

We were charged for two 6-inch sandwiches because we requested different ingredients on each side of a foot-long sandwich. This is something we have never experienced at any other Subway restaurant before. The employee mentioned that their manager requires this and that they are not independently operated but rather run by Loves, which is why they do things differently. This seemed ridiculous to us, especially since it actually cost them less to make the sandwich with one side plain. It would have been helpful if the employee had informed us of this policy when we asked for the sandwiches to be different, so we could have made a different choice.
