Over heated until everything is rock hard, had to pick apart the sandwich and throw most away

Every online order I've placed has been late. I usually order in the mornings for a 4:45 PM pickup, and they still can't manage to have my food ready on time.

The restaurant was too busy to handle take-out orders. I waited for 15 minutes, and no one assisted the customers waiting in line. I will never go back there again. Ver carta

My husband was there yesterday and the guy that waited on him was very rude and disrespectful! He will never go back because of that. He should not be working with customers service position

I visited this Subway a few years ago, and it was quite an unsettling experience. The meat had a strange glow-in-the-dark appearance, which was off-putting. Overall, the quality of the food was disappointing; the lettuce was brown and unappetizing. I would not recommend this location.

Go to another location. The old lady working has the worst customer service!! She's always rude, never greets or gives thank yous, and acts like making your sandwich and/or bringing it out to you is the biggest inconvenience in the world. If you hate your job, leave. Don't take your misery out on your customers!! Last time here and I now understand why this location is always dead. Ver carta

Staff is very nice but the last few times I’ve gone there, it is always one worker who messes up all the subs I order. This time I asked her to close the sub before cutting it and the rude response I got back was very unpleasant. I asked again to please close it before cutting it because all my other subs completely fall apart. She threw her hands up with more rudeness and couldn’t understand what I was asking. Not a welcoming environment and will not be going to the park ridge location again.

This Subway store has been on the downhill slope for quite awhile, and I hadn't been in for some time so figured I'd take a chance. At first glance, the place was a mess. Dirty tables despite no other customers in the restaurant. The sandwich boards were also dirty, with bits of black olives and mayo dribbled everywhere, as well as a reddish orange film on the cutting boards. This is the surface they are using to make my sandwich? There were two employees in the store but only one working the counter the other was in back.
