Subway - Carta

The girl was very nice and polite. She was all beside herself, the register went down and she handled waiting on us and the other customer ,very personal.

Ordered online and went to get my food. When I got back home I seen they messed up my order and took it back. They gladly fixed it, but I heard them talking about they have came to work high and drunk on several occasions.

Put in a online order for a couple of subs app said ready at 9:25 . Got here and still haven't started working on my order yetWell here it is 10: 08 and just got my orderAnd not even all of it but they got money already so no adjustment to bill Ver carta

Just walked in 3hrs before closing, to be told we can’t have anything because the bread was cooling. It was plenty of bread we seen and the girl was rude to the person in FRONT of us as well!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE LAZY PEOPLE! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Kathy was incredibly sweet and kind, even though she was preparing to close up for the day. She still took the time to make sandwiches for me and my friend. She recommended a sandwich that I wouldn't have thought to try, and thanks to her suggestion, I discovered a new favorite!

My husband went to pick up dinner for us, but they only had oat bread available. This is the second time we've encountered this issue at this Subway location. They really need to improve their service, or they should consider shutting down. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ver carta

Sa'maya did an excellent making my sandwich. She was pleasant, got the order right, and I witnessed her doing a thorough job washing her hands before taking my order. Overall, the whole store seems to be clean. I reccomend this store when Sa'maya is working. Hopefully Subway will recognize her ambitions and allow her to train new employees.Parking: Gas available.

I placed an order over $40 and requested extra meats, but I didn't receive them. I ordered a new turkey sub, which is supposed to have 16 pieces of meat and extra cheese on a footlong, but they only added 3 pieces of cheese and 8 pieces of meat. I didn't notice this while they were making it because my son was in the restroom, and when I mentioned my preferences for the subs, it wasn’t made the way I wanted.

I stop here 2-3 times a week on my way to work and the customer service is always 50/50 .So I told myself the next time I would write a review.. So tonight I go in and as I walk up to place my order the employee let out a big sigh in frustration!!. Then he walks over and just stands there saying nothing... I kindly said that's OK and walked off..Because why would I want someone that I'm clearly inconveniencing fixing me a sub!! There is one other employee that works there if I see him I just go the other way... Maybe Subway is not the place for them!! Ver carta
