Sullivan's Steakhouse

The dining experience was pleasent and relaxing. The service was good, but due a full dinning room, had a few minor shortcomings.

my wife order filet minon with an addition of a lobster dick, her minon was burned and dry on the inside, her lobster dick was understated.

Again....one of our favorite up-scale restaurants in Anchorage! Never seems to disappoint! Recommend to anyone looking for good drinks and awesome continental cuisine. Ver carta

Food and service were good. I don’t like that everything is ala carte. Prices extremely expensive. It was a nice evening but not somewhere I would go on a regular basis.

The service was incredibly slow. Our food arrived tepid at best, but after spending 90 minutes waiting we didn’t have time to ask that it be reheated. It was an overall disappointing experience.

Sat near the kitchen and watched one of the cooks play with his beard most of the night. Watched a waitress use her hands to put a patron’s food in a to go box. I was pretty grossed out by the whole experience. Ver carta

Disappointed by this trip to Sullivan’s. We had 5pm reservations as we were attending the show at 7:30. We arrived promptly but were not seated for 20 minutes. Drinks took 15-20 minutes and we had to ask four times for bread plates. We didn’t have our salads until about an hour in and dinner arrived finally about 6:40. Dinner was very good, which was the saving grace. We took our desserts to go as there was no time left to ensure we were on time for the show. Cmon Sullivan’s, you can do better than this.

They need to get a better ventilation system, the entire place was smoky from the kitchen and it smelled like burnt food in there. If they just had a better ventilation setup, the place wouldn’t smell of burnt grease so harshly to the point that you lose your appetite before the food gets there. Probably won’t be back because it’s the second time that the room is full of smoke and the smell was so bad. Idk what happened to that place but they need to clean the ovens or something, it was such a nasty smell.

This is the second bad experience in a row at Sullivan 's Steakhouse! My family of 4 and I had a reservation for 6:45p on Wed 9/13/23, got seated and were given our menus. We then got our water and the server came and asked if we were celebrating an occasion and if we had a time constraint, which to that we replied Yes, we have an hour and a half. He understood and took our order right away. 45 minutes passed and all we had gotten was 1 salad and bread. Another 10 minutes passed and we got 1 steak, but no steak knife. We asked the server what happend and he said the computer split our ticket and apologized. We asked for the Manager to come to the table he didn 't get him. We asked another se... Ver carta
