Sunset Bagels - Carta

The bagels are good and service better. I go here pretty regularly and they are super accommodating.

This place is amazing the food is good and they make everything the staff are friendly and wonderful and the bonus for me is they are open all night

Bagels have gone rlly down in quality. Cold bagel cold creamcheese, not to mention the bagel itself tasted OLD! How disappointing, can’t even grab a decent bagel in the neighborhood

Worst service ever, the lady in the front tried to create a fight over nothing, and she has the worst attitude. The other girl was nice i do not advice anyone to come here i never see such service. Poor service.

Been here twice back to back, 2 different days and 2 different meals! They don’t disappoint. They are 24 hours and full mean all day and night. The bagels are delish and so is the French toast! I would eat here again. Ver carta

Food is good. Take forever to deliver. Placed an order at 1145. Call the resteraunt at 1255 and the lady says they are going to send it out now. Meaning the food was done and they just let it sit there for an hour before attempting to deliver. Happens everytime. Orders take over an hour to get delivered. I am less than a mile away from the resteraunt. It's like an 8 minute drive.

I Ordered food through ubereats which took over an hour. I get my order and both of my sandwiches were wrong and the turkey sandwhich had a LONG PIECE OF CURLY HAIR IN IT AS SOON AS I OPENED THE SANDWHICH OUT OF THE WRAPPER. Uber couldn't help because Sunset bagels has their own drivers deliver the order. I had to drive 25 minutes back to the store to get an attitude from the lady who worked in the front. Staff was rude. When asked how long will the food take (after 20+ minutes), the woman behind gave a nasty response basically saying that the food is made fresh, don't ask questions, just wait. Instead of taking accountability for her staff being so behind on the orders. I understand it's not fast food but they mainly make bagels, sandwiches and salads.
