"I visited Super Taters And More! with my son, despite hearing a coworker share a negative experience prior to my arrival. I had been there before and thought perhaps the staff member who assisted her just had a rough day. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted and was asked if I had called in an order. The same went for the customers who arrived after me. I moved forward, knowing what I wanted to order, but the owner assisted the cook with orders that had been placed before I arrived and then rudely turned back to ask if any of us knew what we wanted. I placed my order, but before I could even pay, he took the order of the customer behind me. I received my receipt and was informed it would take 20 minutes. While waiting, another customer who was also waiting overheard him tell her that if she had called in her order, she wouldn't have had to wait as long, but it came off as condescending. Based on my experience with the customer service, I likely won't be returning. If the owner treats customers this way, I have little hope for the rest of the staff."

I had to visit Super Taters And More! for some tasty food. It's always delicious and never lets me down! The menu is fantastic.

Our first time visiting this restaurant, it did not disappoint. We had the dice ham potato and the ground beef potato. The food was delicious and we will be back soon. If you are passing through Scott give it a shot.

I had a fantastic experience at Super Taters And More! The Mozzarella Ella super-sized potato was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu, which has plenty of great options. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a clean atmosphere. I sat outside and really enjoyed the nice breeze.

This guy has the worst customer service. I am surprised he is still in business. Food is great but his approach is all wrong. I am sure a will get a lot of negativity from this post but in my opinion if you want to call in a order fine. If not you shouldstill be nice to your customer. But, when you are new and have not orderd from this establishment before you could at least askinstead of blasting off to my wife that she should have called in the order. That and making her feel terrible about notcalling it in. You need to put an online order link on your website as I just looked it up. Anyway.
