This restaurant was horrible. I asked for a California roll and spicy tuna very very little rice. They came with plenty of rice and barely anything else. I also had a ramen soup which was $10.00 and I added chicken which was $13.00. Beware themost basic ramen noodles with broth) with chicken will cost $23.00.It was a truly disappointing experience. You and I are going to sit down and You are going to give me a refund for the 2 meals that I bought at your Kendall store on 104th! I'm Furious You better give me a Full Refund!,or I tell that 1 of their stores is selling sit to their customers. I brought the Shrimp Fried Rice back to the Store Manager and he said that he would take care of it! Don't get on my BAD Side!

Absolutely terrible. I was waiting there for 15 minutes for someone to take my order there was only one other person Sitting in at the moment. Send a group of young kids came in and was seated. When the waitress was done with the first people she went to the group of kids instead of coming to me. Seems like there’s more concerned with their to go orders then with the people who are dining in

If you’re looking to pay too much for genuinely terrible sushi, this is the place for you! Let’s start with the octopus: the portion was around 1 ounce of thinly sliced, rubbery, fishy octopus. Luckily, it was drenched in a sauce that masked any flavor—thankfully! The spider roll was fried in old, rancid oil, and the eel roll? More like the “Ewww” roll. As for the green dragon roll, it really should have been named the green iguana, because that’s exactly what it tasted like. Ver carta

We order from them about twice a week. Unfortunately, the food is always late, and there are often missing items. However, when everything arrives, the food is really good. It's a shame they have these significant issues because their food is fantastic when it finally gets here and isn't missing items, which happens all too often. The Uber drivers frequently complain that they arrive at the restaurant to pick up an order, only to find it isn't ready. We've been ordering from them for about 3 or 4 years now. Maybe it's time for me to reconsider.

I placed a picked up order at the country walk in Kendall location. I ordered chicken Katsu. And other items. When I got to my house 15 miles away. The chicken katsu was burned. The rice was cold and super hard. I called the store and spoke to Javier who stated he was the manager and expressed to me that the food came out the way it did because they were very busy. He was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. I paid over 50$ on food to get home and have to toss it in the garbage. I will never order sushi maki again. Train your staff to be more courteous, professional and empathetic. People work hard for their money and the last thing I want to hear as a customer that my food is burnt cold...

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I visited for a little indulgence before work and ordered the Miso Egg Drop Soup and the Yummy Roll, while my partner chose the Shrimp Fried Rice and another sushi roll. We were pleasantly surprised by both the soup and the rice. The sushi was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I underestimated the portion size of the soup; when it arrived, I was pleased to find that it was quite generous. The portions overall were fantastic! I mainly filled up on the egg drop soup, which was delicious, with beautifully ribboned eggs floating in the broth. The shrimp fried rice was also tasty and had a lovely golden hue.
