Sushi Track - Carta

came here for my second ever sushi experience, left with craving for more!!! And a few days later I went back and got some to go!

First time at sushi track and enjoyed it. Ordered a few different items. No sushi on conveyor belt due to covid, however server was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Sushi is very little to choose. We have cucumber salad, not very tasteful. The woman got Miso soup and said it tasted like water. Sushi rice was old and hard. Green tea was only warm water. Many sushi restaurants around Beaverton choose another one. Ver carta

The staff there is very sweet and the sushi was surprisingly good for what we paid. The belt is not running right now, but service was still fast and our food came out hot and fresh. There was even a decent number of non-sushi items for those who do not like fish.

Good sushi conveyor belt restaurant for the price. Nice place to satisfy a sushi craving and the location is quite nice if you need to go to Fred Meyer or Trader Joe's area. The fried items did stay nice and crunchy even being passed on the belt. Will be back when the craving comes again.

Came for a quick lunch with my family. We got our order, ate, and paid in about 20 minutes even after ordering a lot of food. Very fast service. The food was good. Some of the rolls, like Philly Roll, were just alright, but other rolls, like the Volcano Roll and Veggie Tempura Roll were very good! Price was fair. You get a lot of good sized pieces for the price. I would come back again. Ver carta

I wanted to give Sushi Track five stars, but unfortunately, the sushi conveyor belt wasn't operational during our visit. I can’t speak for everyone, but for me, the convenience of sushi is a big draw compared to a traditional sit-down restaurant. That said, we were pleased with everything we ordered. We had udon noodles, a sashimi platter, seaweed salad, and the standard salmon nigiri, and we had no complaints. Overall, it was a very solid experience!

We’ve been ordering takeout every few weeks during the COVID pandemic, and it has been outstanding. We typically get spider rolls, tempura, spicy tuna, and veggie rolls, all of which are excellent for the price. I honestly don’t think you can find a better sushi deal in the area. The time estimates for pick-up have been spot on; we usually arrive just a bit before the suggested time, and the fried rolls are still warm when we start eating them at the BYOF taproom a couple of doors down.

This charming little sushi restaurant is conveniently located in a central shopping center in Beaverton. It’s a perfect spot to meet friends or grab a quick bite while running errands. During my visit, the sushi train wasn’t operating, likely due to Covid precautions, but this allowed for a more personalized dining experience. The spicy tuna roll was exactly what I expected, while the volcano roll was outstanding. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it! Two thumbs up! Ver carta
