Feels like your mom is cooking for you, that’s a compliment! Excellent and hearty dishes. Spatzle is so good! We got the profiteroles at the end and no regrets. This restaurant holds like 30 people so definitely a cozy feel. The special of pork piccata was also really delicious.

My mom is from Switzerland and we visit very often, I saw Swiss Hibiscus online and having never been to a Swiss restaurant in America we knew we had to try it. It absolutely blew us away, every single dish tasted as if it came straight from Switzerland and honestly tasted better than some restaurants IN Switzerland. I had somewhat low expectations coming in because every German type restaurant had disappointed me in the past but we were continuously impressed with every dish and how utterly authentic it was. I’ve walked past this little spot on Alberta for years and never thought to try it until now. And boy have I’ve been missing out! The food is absolutely delicious: a soft warm roll with their signature house made sauces; crisp, fresh, and simple green salad; perfectly cooked chicken Wienerschnitzel with browned butter and lemon, served with warm Spätzli, which I had never tired before but loved; warm profiteroles that you’ll want to eat more of even though you’re full! I also appreciated the selection of Swiss wines, which is definitely something I haven’t seen on a menu before.
