great view and table, wonderful evening and service. it is super nice to have fine restaurants so close to a national park.

when we visit the zion national park, we book a reservation in the switchback grille. my man loves the meat. james for the excellent service and warm welcome.

absolutely amazing meal. had the best flesh of my life and I grew up the son of a metzger. the lamb is worth every penny of the market price, the au gratin kartoffeln mmmhhhhh, top notch menu in a beautiful environment.

$56 petite filets. Unacceptable. $12 small bland awful side dishes. Way way too expensive for the food. Good wine selection and pretty decent service. However….never ever bring the check before asking if your guests need or want anything else. We were drinking $16 glasses of wine and would have had another round if asked but since the check was presented without the bartender asking..we left. Ver carta

Had the sesame crusted ahi tuna and shrimp and it was really good except there was only one shrimp. Also had the filet and it was very good. Ordered the mushrooms and creamed corn as sides and they were both delicious. Burrata as an appetizer but it doesn't come with crackers or bread unless you paid extra. It's pricey but a good experience. Serving complimentary hot bread would have been nice.

I had never been to Springdale, Utah nor to the Switchback Grille. I will return because of the spectacular Zion National Park. But, I would make the trip to Springdale just to have dinner at the Switchback Grille because of their service and the food. The service was excellent, from the woman who welcomed us and took us to our table, to the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable waiter and from our server! The meals were better than excellent! Our meals were probably the best we've ever had. The next time we're in Utah we will be dinning at the Switchback Grille!!

it was our 10th anniversary dinner. I reserved a table about a month in advance just to make sure. We ordered the bacon wrapped scallops appetizer and they came out 30 minutes later over cooked and rubbery as hell. we ordered the special 64 day aged 16oz steak. But the cooks burnt the outside and didn't cook the inside. I asked for a medium rare. They had a nice menu with the temp ranges on it. I asked for a 120-130 range steak. The cut of the day was a $165 and the burnt the outside and it was STILL COLD. I complained to the server, But it wasn't her fault. took the steak back to the kitchen then they burnt the steak even more and served us the same one to us even more burnt! I chocked the... Ver carta
