There are not many Chinese restaurants in the greater Uptown/Whittier/Wedge area of Minneapolis, especially since Evergreen on Nicollet closed a few years ago.

This restaurant in Minneapolis serves the best Chinese cuisine. The double chili pepper chicken was incredibly spicy, not like the usual mild Minnesota spiciness. The pan-fried pork dumplings were also delicious. Ver carta

We came here with a group of 10 to celebrate our friends birthday. The service was alright but the food was well below standard. It was either too fried, too salty, too cold or just not tasteful. The spices seemed off in most dishes. We were underwhelmed with it all.

my favorite restaurant in minneapolis. always consistent and tasty. kung pao tofu was perfect, crispy and fluffy. always great service, but they run with a small staff and make a tonne out so that it sometimes takes a little, even if the space looks empty. they are super friendly tho and it is worth waiting for.

szechuan spice has such good Chinese food. I went to China every summer when I visited the family, and their dishes brought me back. really solid, authentic Chinese cuisine. the kung pao huh and seuan green beans are so good. service is fast and friendly. that is not an American Chinese almost food, there are real dishes that they would get in China. I highly recommend to try it! Ver carta

I ordered here many times, the food is good. But apparently the restaurant is not willing to admit that they have not very good dish quality check. I have once found a bug in the dish, and once the there’s a missing dish in my order. I reported these two issues through the delivery platform. And after that, the restaurant said they won’t accept my order any more, just because they had made some mistakes. Good job :

My Order: Orange Chicken General Tso's Chicken Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles Both the orange and general tso's were completely average. Nice pieces of chicken, and a good coating of sauce. The sauce itself was very plain, and did not pop out. If I had mixed up the two containers, there would be no way of knowing which is which aside from the orange peel garnish . I was bummed, as I have not found a place with solid flavorful chicken options, please comment if you got a good rec! The noodles, however, were very bomb! Delicious flavor and texture, and a large quantity of it. In retrospect, I probably should have ordered more szechuan spiced dishes, but don't put it on the menu if its mediocre.

my favourite place to go when I visit friends and family! the personal is friendly and professional, the whole food is handmade, instead of supplied by lkw and heated. the atmosphere is also quite cozy; the wall color goes very well with the rest of the decor. my favorite dishes are the small pancakes I would like to eat as my only meal for the rest of my life, and the sweet acid fish that is so tender that they hardly cut! can not wait to come back and try them out of the menu! we have recently ordered from here, not to realize that it was not open to sit down, we have made it anyway. eating was as usual delicious when something different from what I had before, despite the same menu items.
