They tend to get my order wrong about half the time and frequently forget items. Despite this, it’s still often worth the trip to Kent.

The team members were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The person at the window was knowledgeable and ready to take my order, asking questions to ensure everything was accurate. They had the right person in the right role. Even the kitchen staff contributed positively to the experience. Ver carta

I ordered through the drive-thru and when I pulled up to pay in cash, I was informed that they couldn't accept my money because the cashier didn't have any change in the drawer. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused to do so. I ended up leaving without any food. I will never return.

Ravenna store get an order even remotely correct challenge (impossible) seriously, it's like every review over 1 star is just made by someone who works for taco bell. They NEVER get an order correct at this location, they're so insanely far off order it LITERALLY has to be on purpose. it's basically a scam store, just go to Streetsboro. Edit: Fun little add on! Just discovered they give regular sodas to diabetics who specifically request diet! Not surprised! Really well done.

I've never had an issue with my orders at the Ravenna location; they don't skimp on ingredients, and the staff is friendly both on the speaker and at the window. Service is quick, even when the drive-thru line is long. The only downside I've experienced is that sometimes the younger staff seem a bit robotic and distant, but they're never rude. Overall, I rate the staff at Ravenna a 5 out of 5. As for the food quality, I’d give it around 3.5 to 4, but I understand that it’s controlled at a corporate level.
