I ordered a taco salad and requested to substitute the meat with beans. They wanted to charge me extra for the beans, yet still charged me the full price for the salad despite removing the meat. Plus, the portion size was quite small.

This Taco Casa is our go-to spot for tacos. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. I've been visiting for four years and have never encountered any issues. Great place !!! We order from them weekly and without fail, its fantastic !! Recently went in with a very large order (75 items) feeding a group of people at my wife's place of work, and all went off without a hitch. Very efficient (and on a taco Tuesday at lunchtime), great people and great tasing food. I really appreciate the crew working as hard as they did that day to make sure all the food was done in a timely fashion while maintaining their high quality standard. Love the food here, and the people are very polite, BUT this place really needs a revamp. There is cobwebs all over the walls. The ceiling tiles are black from all the years of dust caked on them. The old food signs lights are starting to flicker. The walls are starting to expose the metal underneath the sheet rock from years of abuse, the colored tables are faded from years of harsh chemicals cleaning them. Every chair leg is bent at an odd angle from being slid across the floor repeatedly and the old soda machines are being held together with duct tape. Like I said great food and great staff but I think it's time to give the staff and the customers a new experience.

Taco Casa is a delightful gem that reminds me of what Taco Bell used to be like two decades ago: a fantastic Tex-Mex fast food spot with generous toppings and reasonable prices. The tacos are generously filled with beef and cheese, while the burritos come packed either with beef and cheese or a combination of beans, beef, and cheese, depending on your preference. The super tacos and super burritos come with added lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and black olives, and they are all delicious. The Chilada is equally tasty, and their hot sauce adds a great kick.
