"Let me start by saying my expectations were really high! Chadron is a college town, and that usually signals a good brew. I got a basic brew with a little milk nothing special and a slice of banana bread. The coffee was just blah! I expected a burst of rich, robust flavor, and I got, well, not much. The banana bread, on the other hand, was crazy good! The servers were fine, mildly disinterested but far from rude. The shop is housed in a wonderful revitalized building in the heart of downtown. Decor is minimal, and the seating is surprisingly cozy given the high ceilings, hard wood floors, and general hard surfaces. I would say go ahead and try it. Just don't expect greatness."

"In Chadron for the weekend for dinner. Walked in the place looks run down and old, a typical dive. Some of the best food I have ever had came from dives. As a party of five we were seated and ordered apps, fried pickles and chips with salsa, both tasty. We the ordered our main course. 2 steaks, a burger, Buffalo chicken salad and shrimp basket. One steak was cooked perfectly, the other was under and returned to be cooked more and came back worse. My burger came, but not what I ordered, they eventually brought the right one. It was delicious. The fries were the best thing we ate. Everyone else meal was satisfactory. Overall the place is decent and food passable. Maybe not being local, I'm being a little harsh. If you are hungry and looking for a place to The Ridge will not blow you away, but you won't leave hungry."

"I see that there are a lot of negative reviews for this McDonald's however for my experience I've only had good times here. I drive for a living so I get to experience a lot of fast food restaurants and of all the McDonald's I have been to this one has been the best time and time again. All the staff at this McDonald's is extremely friendly with one another and the customers. And the food each time that I have eaten here has been fresh and treated well. It seems to me like the staff here actually cares. They keep the restaurant clean and keep people going around cleaning it all day long. I have not had any complaints with the food so far. And all the staff has just been nice as can be. Something else to note is that they still have the soda machine for you to get your own soda, they have a ketchup dispenser which a lot of the restaurants have gone away from now. And then on top of that they still give you a number triangle to take it to your seat and they bring the food out to you."

"This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever visited. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave without even reaching the window. I went to another place, placed my order, and came back to see the car in front of me still at the window. This location is incredibly slow, and I've experienced faster service at other restaurants. Living in a small town, I've unfortunately been here a few times due to limited options, and about 50% of my orders have been wrong. Tonight is officially the last time I'll waste my time here. Additionally, the drive-thru needs improvement; the order taker can never seem to hear me correctly. My iced tea always ends up sounding like Hi-C. After 30 minutes and being the third car in line, I drove away. It's just Arby's—how can it take this long? I've been to In-N-Out with 20 cars ahead of me and got my order faster than here. I know it sounds silly to complain this much, but seriously, this Arby's is the worst I've ever encountered."
