"I have visited Daddy-O's Cafe several times and have never been disappointed. So, it's time for my review based on multiple visits. This place is fantastic to have downtown. Lunch is excellent and customer service goes far and beyond. I was impressed with my recent lunch visit how many staff they had working and everyone so pleasant. This place is really going for the old time diner experience. They have malts and shakes. There is a huge burger selection, everything from a basic cheeseburger to the absolute huge Daddy-O burger. Burgers are excellent. Memorabilia on the walls including an Elvis at mannequin at the front entrance . It's a fun place for a delicious lunch or dinner."

"My main issue is the price of drinks, especially wine. The menu has a good variety, focusing mainly on Cabernet Sauvignon. However, the least expensive bottle is $30, with most averaging around $50. I get that restaurants markup wine to make a profit, but considering their ties to a liquor and wine shop, I would have expected them to have a few more budget-friendly choices. I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere, so I will certainly come back, although I don’t usually drink much."

"They also forgot several items from our order, so we had to remind them. When the waitress asked if we needed anything else and I started to respond, she just walked away as if she hadn't even heard me. On top of that, I was overcharged, and when I called to address it, the staff member told me I needed to resolve it with the server. That was odd—I’ve never encountered that before. Then the manager got on the phone, barely listened to my concern, and yelled, “We’re busy right now! If you want your $5, come on in, and I’ll write you a check for your frickin’ $5!” When I asked how he felt about Google reviews, he dismissively said he didn’t care and then hung up on me. It really makes me wonder what else they’re indifferent about. At this point, it’s clear what my hundred dollars bought me here. It’s a lesson learned. If there were a guidebook on terrible customer service, I’m sure this restaurant would be well-acquainted with it. There are plenty of other dining options in the area, and I certainly won’t be returning to this one."

"Awesome job on your ultimate failure Phil. No kids menu, no changing table in the men's room (STILL!! its 2022 man, come on) You got the last of my cash tonight. My family will not be enjoying any of your restaurants again, not that we enjoyed them much in the first place. If you want to cater to the old retired rich crowd and think men cant shouldn't a change diaper is cool, then by all means keep on doing you. just remember there's if you want your business to last and pass down to your kids there's a lot of us gen Y and even more gen Z that demand basic things at a restaurant. If you want no kids, then put up a sign."

"Even though it was a busy Saturday evening with the local high school prom crowd, the service and waitstaff were outstanding. The owner, Mike, surprised us with a unique birthday dessert for Tyler—six different treats on a tray, including two varieties of cannoli. Mike shared that these were inspired by his childhood in New York, and he loves making and sharing them with his customers. Additionally, Mike's wife and co-owner, Kari, was graciously busy ensuring that other guests were having a great time as well. I highly recommend Chow Grill as a must-visit restaurant. Enjoy your meal!"
