Picked up drive thru got home grabbed my food out of the bag told kids to come eat 2 of my kids food was missing... went back to get it only to come home to angry hubby whose food was also missing. Probably spent 20.00 in gas going back and forth to getour whole order and their consolation was a bag of crustos. Very frustrating experience. Ver carta

Oh Taco Time.. the last like 3 times I've been through the drive thru they've left something out but getting to the window takes so long I never bother to go back through. On that note, the drive thru took an oddly long time last time I ate there and I wasthe only one. The food is definitely okay. It's never worse or better than you expect. Stop forgetting my whole order! Thanks.

We spent over 48 minutes in the drive-thru. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I've worked in fast food before and understand how hectic it can get. However, when I reached the window, I saw five staff members gathered in a circle chatting and laughing, with two of them on their phones. It seemed like only one person was actually working, occasionally appearing and disappearing from view. It took quite a while for someone from that group to come over and take my payment. Terrible...EVERY TIME! I don't know why I even bother. I just stood at the drive through with no one in line and I kept asking if someone could help me.... I was rudly informed that it's gonna be a little bit! I waited for a quite a bit longer and then asked if someone could please help me and then no one responded. Finally, a woman came back on and yelled, its gonna be a bit!!!! The unprofessionalism is astonishing. I completely understand if there's staffing issues, but at least have the audacity to acknowledge and greet the people that come through the drive through to let them know...shame on the management!
