"For my husband’s birthday we decided to celebrate at Take Five Bistro and it did not disappoint! We each had a cocktail to start which were super yummy. I had the tenderloin tips which were cooked perfectly medium rare how I wanted them and I had the croquette which was amazing. My husband and I shared the asparagus which was delicious! My husband had a New York strip with the Mac and cheese and it was so good! The Mac and cheese was truly incredible, but I’m still happy I tried the croquette. We shared the strawberries with peppercorns and ice cream for dessert which was also really good and just enough to finish off our meal. We will be back."

We were 4 for dinner - and luckily were seated in the back section of the restaurant - which was a lot quieter than the 'buzz' zone of the front section. For older dinners - getting a seat in the back made for a much better meal! And our meal was very very good. I wasn't that hungry - so a small house salad and an appetizer called Salmon Tacos worked perfectly. The rest of our group ate more seriously. My husband enjoyed his Chicken Oscar, my friend had the trout special - and our other friend enjoyed the 1/2 rack of ribs. So - good food, nice wine, and great company in a not so noisy environment. Perfect.
