"A family member picked this place, and I would honestly have avoided it. It 's...in a Macy 's. Which made my mind go to mediocre mall food. I 'm remarkably tolerant of mediocre food, mind, due to the amount of time I spend in convention hotels, so I didn 't argue. I was...pleasantly...surprised. We were there on Valentine 's Day and not as a couple, but got there early enough that they still had room for four people. The menu reminded me of one of those convention hotels in that it seemed to have some difficulty establishing what it was, but that also meant they had something for everyone. Our waiter was solid, if a little frazzled but I put that down to it being V Day. Food came out at a good speed and everything we ordered was excellent. Normally, I 'd only recommend a mall restaurant to shoppers, but really, Lakeshore Grill is just surprisingly excellent. (It may have got an extra star for the surprise)."

the lakeshore grill is just a great place to relax and have a wonderful lunch or dinner. server are always pleasant and it always seemed to be a place for two. we like the Asian enticings they have. at the end of the day you can also enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. b.

Very friendly servers. Food presentation and taste was top rate at a reasonable price. This is an upscale restaurant located in the Macy’s block at the Ridgedale Shopping Center in Minnetonka. Popovers come with every entree. Since I am fish lover I ordered grilled salmon with whipped potatoes and garden fresh green beans.

They also have a gluten-free menu and serve a delightful Sunday brunch, not to mention their enticing happy hour. I absolutely love that Macy's in Ridgedale has this amazing café! The Taste Bar is a gourmet food and coffee spot that offers fantastic sandwiches, soups, handmade pizzas, and salads to go. Everything is high quality, fresh, and delicious! Right now, my favorite sandwich is the spicy avocado sandwich—it's so yummy! I'm so happy to have discovered this place! Oh, and they serve Diedrich's coffee as well.

My daughter I stop in for lunch during longer shopping trips to Ridgedale. It can get very busy on a weekend at the normal lunch hour. We always split the turkey on a cinnamon bread sandwich spinach salad. Sounds like an odd combination but we love it! The staff is friendly, the outdoor seating looks nice but we haven't been there in the summer. I overheard the hostess ask someone if they had a reservation, so if you have plans on going make one but certainly not required. We enjoy the casual atmosphere. Great place for hungry shoppers!
