"The food and bar drinks have always been very good at Myron’s. The service is also very good. That’s why we keep coming back! My only concern is that at this location, if you don’t sit in the main dining room you’re seated in a large room that is less than inviting. I wish they would refurbish their space."

"I absolutely loved this brewery! It features three buildings and a spacious garden in the center that offers additional seating. The first building seems to be the main hub, where you can find most of the beer selections and merchandise, along with some seating options. Next, you step into a stunning garden filled with beautiful plants and plenty of seating. The second building includes restrooms and another tap wall. The staff was incredibly friendly! At the back is the third building, which houses the kitchen. I tried the margarita pizza, and it was fantastic! There’s ample seating throughout, making it very family-friendly. The beers were delicious, and my favorite was the blackberry mead. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area. I highly recommend this place!"

"Friendly staff, very good food, and a cool atmosphere. My wife and I both had the chicken fried steak with gravy I had the fries on the side and she had the mashed potatoes. We both thought the steak was well prepared and tasty, with a very good breading on it. It's easy to see why this is a favorite dish here. My wife thought the mashed potatoes would have more garlic flavor based on the menu description but they still tasted good. Portions were large we probably could have split an entree and been fine but decided we wouldn't mind some leftovers and are glad we got our own plates. We also left room for dessert and the Jack Daniels Pecan Pie really hit the spot. I thought the chocolate chips, while not necessary, complimented it well. My wife thought it needed more chocolate based on its description. We had been told prices were a bit high but we didn't think so. If we're near Gruene again, we'd like to go back and try some other dishes since everything coming to the tables around us looked great."

"It pains me to leave this review, but here we go. My wife and I have had some great meals at Myron's over the years. The meal we had Thursday May 2nd, 2024 was, not so good. First off, our waitress, Amanda was a real pro. Very professional, a pleasure. None of the following was her fault. My remoulade shrimp cocktail, room temperature, mushy shrimp, albeit large, but soaked in enough remoulade sauce and bean sprouts to feed the Russian army. Not particularly appetizing. As for the steaks. My wife had the 12 Oz filet, rare. It was rare, but not particularly tasty. Granted tenderloin is the lest flavorful part of the cow, but the seasoning and searing was, well, non-existent. It was tender. That's the best I can say. As for my steak, the 45-day dry aged NY strip, cooked rare. It was rare. At lest they got that right. As for the steak it was as tough as a boot. Absolutely no marble. And a fair amount of gristle. The steak looked as though it had been baked in a 350º oven, beige colored, and absolutely no searing or maillard effect whatsoever. Totally tasteless. Totally unacceptable for a supposed dry aged prime I assume.Granted, they never said it was prime) $75 steak. Probably one of the worst steaks I have ever had in a fine restaurant. I left half of the steak and took it home for the next day. When I took it out of the carton it had that same sick beige look and when I sliced it, no marbling whatsoever. Tough and tasteless. And finally the stuffed tomatoes. Look at their website, the stuffed tomatoes look like what Julia Child would prepare. Well seasoned bread crumb stuffed and seared tomatoes. These were stuffed with gobs of bleu cheese. And a tiny sprinkling of tasteless bread crumbs. NOT what's pictured on the website. The bleu cheese was overpowering to say the least. Took one bite, took them home and tossed them in the trash. I like bleu cheese, but enough is enough. We will be back. Probably order escargot and seared scallops. That's what I have had before. Always great. Fingers crossed."

"Local here. I have to preface by stating that the other times that I have patronized this establishment, the food and service has been top-notch. I will also say that I have never had this server before. She suggested she take our drink order as well as our food order (we were there WELL before closing time). So we went ahead and ordered. The entire time we ordered she kept interrupting trying to hurry our order. I didn't order any special restrictions or anything, just wanted to add a couple of extra sides. This server had absolutely no patience. We put in our order (just two of us) and she came back with our drinks. Shortly after she came back with our food, which was amazing. Food is always great, prices are also great...but I never saw our server again until she wanted to bring us the check. I even put both my coffee and water cup at the edge of the table so maybe someone would get a hint; nothing. She finally came back with the check and I asked her for coffee and water refills. So sad. I STILL left 20%, but I just have to leave a review about this because any other time that we've had a different server...excellent service. Today, just not so. So hopefully you don't get the server I had today because your experience will be shotty, unfortunately. Also tiny detail, and this just might be a pet peeve; they keep sweeping near me while I'm eating (which I think is not sanitary). I also witnessed another server get into an altercation with some would-be customers because they wouldn't seat an incomplete party (even though he kept explaining that he was going to order for that person), during a time when the restaurant wasn't exactly full. Sidenote, pancakes rock, so does the Montecristo (French) toast...omelettes are delicious! I hope this young lady gets her act together as a server."
