Tgi Fridays - Carta

15min wait for server to take our order and 1 hour wait for food in a mostly empty restaurant. No apologies for the food taking so long. And of course, this isn't Michelin star food...it's TGIF. Basic, pre made American fare. How can a chain restaurant not have a system down? What an awful place

Time-wise, it took forever to order and pay. By the time I paid and left, the food was cold. Ordered a take out. Food is below average. Salad was old and low quality. They missed the utensils and napkins. Had to go back and request it. All and all not a good experience here. Will not be going back.

our waitress was good, but my total consensus of Friday is that it became so much more expensive, then it is really worth. Meals that were earlier $15ish are now $20ish and nothing has been added. I used to be an enthusiastic Friday Goer, but this big price increase will make it so that I don't go back. Food: 3/5 Ver carta

I usually never write reviews but I had to this time. I went to Friday in Hamilton I picked up my food got home an everything was not n my bag called the store they put the manager on his name was Shawn Dale he took good care of the issue I was not even mad I had to drive back only because he was so nice thank you shawndale

This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant, and I regret not giving it any stars. They forgot one of our orders, and it still ended up on the bill. On top of that, no one came to take our orders or check on us. However, every other customer who arrived after us received prompt service and their meals right away. Terrible experience. I won’t be coming back.

I wish I could give no stars at all. The food was decent, but the service was disappointing, particularly from the hostess, who I believe is named Christy. She was rude and arrogant towards customers, which prompted me to write this review. I would never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone; her attitude is detrimental to the establishment and is not in line with the principles of hospitality. Ver carta

The food was decent and satisfactory, but the service left much to be desired. I never received a refill on my soda, and after my meal, I went to the bar to order a martini and dessert. I was given a menu, but the bartender never returned to take my order. After waiting about 7 to 10 minutes, I decided to leave. Now I'm back home searching for something to eat. I suppose the upside is that I saved some money.

Our waitress was very nice but between the moldy smell, sticky tables covered in weird striped plastic tableclothes and the AWFUL food, never again! I got Philly cheesesteak eggrolls and they legit tasted like old chewy hotpockets, I only ate 2. The sauce they came with was cleary sitting out for awhile because there was a sticky crusty film on the top that dipping them in couldn't get past. My husband's shrimps were rubbery and undercooked as was my daughter's burger, which was also lukewarm. My son's wings were also struggly. We sat there for almost an hour. They seated us took 15min to take our drink order they took our appetizer order then 5 min later they come back because they forgot to ask if we wanted traditional or boneless then when they brought us the appetizer the girl was not our waitress but she had a nasty attitude she walked out in the middle of the aisle asking who had it and she had 2 of the sane she served us the wrong one but when she went to lay the tray down she stood there and gave us a disrespectful look to clear the table for her.
