"I have to be honest: when you ask for cream, then extra cream, and all the baristas look at you like you're speaking a different language and ask, "What do you mean by cream?" that should be a sign that this is not a coffee shop worth visiting. They messed up my order three times this morning, and after waiting over 20 minutes, I finally requested a refund because they couldn’t figure out how to make an iced coffee with extra cream. To make matters worse, I had ordered coffee grounds to take with me, and instead, they gave me beans without even apologizing when they corrected the mistake, and the staff had a bad attitude. So, I decided to go to the Dunkin' Donuts down the street for my iced coffee and was in and out in just 2 minutes with the order done correctly on the first try."

"Nice little dive bar I have always wanted to visit since driving past it every day before I was 21 on my way to work. We had then moved out to Oconomowoc, and I never got to stop by. We just visited from out of town (now living in Arizona) and finally got to stop in. The crowd and staff are super friendly and atmosphere comfortable. It's a locals hangout for sure and a very dive bar atmosphere, which is our style. We didn't try any food but they do have a food menu and Lebbys pizzas."

"I really enjoy this restaurant for its diverse menu options, with the exception of the baked cod. They serve fantastic German dishes and a delicious Reuben soup. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed with my order of two fish fries (one fried and one baked cod). The fried fish was good, as usual, but the baked cod was quite small for the price. Additionally, the wait time was incredibly long—over an hour beyond when we were told to arrive and park in the "takeout" spots. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and inefficient, and despite receiving incorrect information when placing our order, I understand they are busy, especially on Fridays. Nonetheless, I found this level of service disappointing. I likely won't be returning for a while and hope my experience was just a one-time issue."

"Went for lunch on a Tuesday at 11:30 with 5 friends. Waitress took our beverage orders and brought them out. It was 20 minutes before she came back to take food orders. It was another 20 minutes for the food to come out. The onion strings that came withmine were cold. I asked if they could be put back in the fryer and she said she would bring another order. I was finished withthe rest of my food before those came out. We waited for our bill and she didn't come back to the table. We finally went lookingfor her and she was on the phone. It was 1:15 when we finally got the bill. We were told by another employee that they wereshort handed and that is why the service was so poor. Also, the entire time she was waiting on us, the sweatshirt she waswearing was bunched up in front so we were looking at her bellybutton!"

"We ordered take-out from here a few times and then finally decided to come in for a dine-in and it was perfect! The food was perfect on all aspects. We really enjoyed all the dishes we got; they were tasty and perfectly spiced. The server was new but they really tried hard and ended up getting everything correctly. We came right back a week after with a friend and we really enjoyed the food again. Would be back soon : Service: Dine in"
