The food was great. The Filet Mignon and Brisket Specials were so good. The meat was smoked and so tasteful. Can't wait to go back!

Always has variety of food and beverages , staff is always on point , got my drinks quick and food didn't take longer then it should. Heard there is a remodel on the way. Can't wait to see it when it's done.

First time at the Cask, and, I am left asking myself why I haven't been in sooner! Great atmosphere, great food and great service! Sweet place to grab some drinks and food with your friends. Absolutely loved it there and definitely cannot wait to go back.

From Albany to Saugerties this is by far my favorite bar to be at. The owners are top notch, bartenders are amazing and the guys in the kitchen are miracle workers. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to be a regular patron of this wonderful establishment.

My son came home from college on Tuesday and we decided to try your restaurant. First we sat the only people at a table, with a handful of people at the bar. We ordered wings, taco salad and a steak and cheese pack. The food was incredible! Our compliments to Justin, the cook!! He left himself. Decided to give it a go after hearing so many great things... Wish we hadn't. The fries seem to be at least a few hours old, if not a day. Hummus Plate cost $11 and most definitely was worth not more than $3. The hummus is in a tiny corner and then some celery and a couple carrot sticks were thrown next to it. Okay pita, but really not worth any one ordering. I will add a picture if I can, but it isn't letting me at the moment. Walking in everyone seemed friendly, so that's nice, but, overall, very poor experience.

My wife and I came here regularly since opening and started coming less as the crowd and staff changed to a far less friendly atmosphere. The original version is what made the Rasher famous. The most awsome burgers, and super staff. Owners would be in it with the clientele and even be banging out great live music. After almost a year out of town, went back for a burger. Everything is on techno menus, waited for attention from the 1 bartmaid(used to be at least2-3) finally got a beer and a menu that looked like a brief paragraph of how to fail. Not a single burger on it! Their burgers and fries are what made them. Just another over priced hipster joint now. Gross.

We used Cask and Rasher for the bar at our wedding. Really, we had an open bar and got married somewhere in the middle of it. The specialty cocktail Cask made for us was out of this world, the wines they selected for us were wonderful, and people went bananas for the beer truck that was able to follow the party all day all the way through the after party, keeping the party going well into the night. They also catered our charcuterie board style rehearsal dinner, as well as the morning after brunch, and both were absolutely delicious. They also made it so easy to accomodate all of the dietary restrictions we had among our guests (Gluten free, vegetarian, mushroom allergy). Such a joy to work... Ver carta
