After getting my review taken off from yelp for informing the public about their misinformation I’ll go on here instead.There hours are til 230 but dining in is until 130? Doesn’t make sense to continue to feed people but not let them eat indoors.

I absolutely love this restaurant! When I don't feel like cooking, this is my go-to spot. They offer an abundance of delicious food, and the service is exceptional. The staff is wonderful, and they really remember your previous orders, which is a nice touch. It's such a friendly atmosphere. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I finally decided to go for it. It has a really cozy, homey atmosphere. The staff who assisted us were incredibly nice and friendly! The portion sizes are massive; I expected wings similar to those at Wingstop, but these were much bigger! The flavors were outstanding—both the Soy Garlic Wings and the Spicy Hot were fantastic! We've been fans of Chicken on Fire since its original location in Hayward off Hesperian Boulevard. It moved to Castro Valley years ago, but we FINALLY made it in to visit. Same delicious KFC that we remembered. The rice serving is a little on the skimpy side, but you can always order more if needed, plus the chicken itself is very filling. Who doesn't love crunchy, crispy, sweet fried chicken! We'll be back here when we're in the CV area.

I ordered to go the garlic soy and sweet and sour (dry w/ sauce on the side) chicken wings, tenders, French fries and onion rings. Everything was excellent roasted. The parts are large and the wings are also. Three adults couldn't finish the big part. I'm glad we put the sweet and sour sauce on the side, the dry wings were pretty good on their own. Unfortunately, the salad was quite dry and bland. They also forget to give us a part of rice that should come with the wings that would have been a good compliment for the saucian wings.

Excellent fried chicken from this small mom and pop fried chicken spot in Castro Valley. A small can easily feed two if you aren 't big eaters as it comes with rice, a side salad, 4 drumsticks and 4 flats. Keep in mind these are full size chicken wings! Not the little ones you get at Wingstop or other big brand wing spots so it 's more filling than it sounds. We were adventurous and decided to try all 6 flavors and while all of them were pretty good, their soy garlic and spicy (medium or hot depending on your tolerance) we 're out favs. Spicy curry was also a pleasant surprise with good flavor that wasn 't too in your face, but I don 't think I could eat a whole order of it. Soybean Wings aromatizes really good and very crispy, it has a beautiful sweetness, very warm and freshSmokey Onion Chicken Wings very unique taste, I did not know what it reminds me until someone mentions that it tastes like barbecue sauce. This taste onion taste is not about powering, it was just right. Overall, both wing flavors were not too saucy, it was the right amount of sauce that your hands did not need too much napkins. The chicken is sure on fire when you get to try these double fried chicken. You can't go wrong with Korean fried chicken. Who doesn't love a double friend drums and wings. I love chicken and fire and no complaints about the crisp and flavors they have. You can hear the crunch and leaves your fingers sticky and wanting for another bite. Chicken on Fire is a monthly go to. Was so saddened Covid-19 impacted its hours bc now I can only frequent establishment on Fridays while in the area. However, I have made the 40 mile one way trip on the weekends when the craving was at a 10.Chicken flavors are delish my favs being Soy Garlic, Sweet and Sour and Spicy. The chicken is cooked throughout with a slightly crunchy texture and sauces equally coating each wing ?. I believe they have fullsize and party wings although I 've only had party size. Order for one has approx 15 wings and for two 30 wings. I love having extra for the late nite binges. Leftovers at room temperature or tossed in the air fryer on reheat is a beautiful 12:32 a.m...
